Ok it is proven that Sherlock is younger then Hermione and older than Harry and Ron. If he was a wizard he would be in their year. Soooooooooooooo I'm writing an accurate Professor!Lock with johnlock and it's beautiful and fantastic. Here's the line up,

Headmistress: McGonagall
Potions: Holmes
Herbology: Longbottom
Care of magical creatures: Hagrid
Defence against the dark arts: (vacant)
Transfiguration: McGonagall
Muggle studies: Sally Donovan
Charms: Anderson
History of Magic: Binns
Astronomy: everyone just calls him Doctor (yay)
Flying: Oliver Wood (shut up his brilliant)
Arithmancy: Lestrade
Divination: Lavender Brown (fight me)
Nurse: Madam Hooper, normally goes by Molly

Also Minister of Magic is Hermione and her right hand man is Mycroft Holmes. They make the ultimate power team. Mycroft does more of the behind the scenes work.

Sherlock and John are married and are both wizards. They chose to live in the muggle world but during the school year Sherlock stays at the school while John looks for a job. Enjoy~

Everyone knew of what happened during the Battle of Hogwarts. Professor Binns taught it every year. Harry Potter and his companions had defeated You-Know-Who and peace was restored to the Wizarding world. Everyone also knew of the Potions professor, Professor Holmes. Snape used to be the teacher everyone despised, now it was Sherlock and his snarky comments on potions, his harsh grading and how he could tell easily if you were lying or not about your work. Yet every morning he would receive a letter and smile quietly to himself while reading it, before putting it carefully into his robe.

Another thing everyone knew of was that Holmes /hated/ wearing robes. He spent most of his classes in a tight suit with a coat over it or just in a button down shirt and slacks. The girls, and quite a few boys, fawned over the good looking professor. And quiet a few of the female teachers as well. Of course he turned them all down quickly when they approached him. It seemed that the man could never have feelings of affection or love, that was until he started wearing a ring. Not just any ring, but a wedding ring. When he thought no one was looking he would smile down at his hand softly and fiddle with it. But at any other time he was a stone cold man.

John was helping Sherlock into his robes, a few days before term started. The part time detective huffed in annoyance, all the teachers were required to be at the school a few days early to set up everything and get their work plans done. John stepped back and casted a critical eye apon his husband.

"I think you look rather dashing in your robes." He said as he kissed Sherlock's cheek lightly.

The raven haired man whined. "But they feel all loose and.......flappy."

The doctor chuckled quietly and embraced the teacher, resting his head on his shoulder. Sherlock sighed into the hug, this was the last time he would see John in person until winter break, usually this was the hardest part of their summer. The detective nuzzled into the doctors sandy hair.

"Promise to write everyday?" He asked quietly.

John pulled back with a small smile and kissed him lightly,

"Promise. I know how you get if you don't have enough attention, don't want you being too cruel to those poor students."

Sherlock grabbed the bloggers chin lightly between his thumb and fore finger and brought his head up for a deeper kiss. The shorter man smiled into the loving kiss, how could he be so lucky? He was the one who won Sherlock Holmes's affection. Unfortunately humans had to breath so the two parted. Sherlock smiled sadly and kissed his blogger one finally time before picking up his case and grabbing a handful of floo powder beside the fireplace in their sitting room. John waved,
