stuck in traffic without a car,
oddly enough that's exactly who we are
two bodies of water in hell
fighting to the end at one's side, well

not exactly, as we're drifting apart
a part of you around my neck
necks full of marks from the kisses we shared
shared a home, a bed and a teapot

stuck in time without a watch
what I miss the most is your touch
beyond your rips in your pulsating chest
a strong soul who's giving me the rest

restless, sleepless, feelingless
down the cliffs by the sea
forsee what nobody could see
would happen by the sea

stuck in the cold without a match
what we craved to achieve, was it too farfetched?
