Chapter 1 Brothers death

It's a day I knew was coming, but I wasn't looking forward to it, I found myself running through waves of soldiers, I'm making my way to him my older brother. I start to get faster by the second and dodge swinging swords. Nearing were my brother is already being attacked by the enemy. It's like slow motion as I ran towards him the drums sound as I pull out my sword and slash their neck almost cutting off their heads. Land at my brothers side I grip his hand tears threatening to fall as he smiles weakly at me. "Brother you have you go before you die as well" he says before coughing up blood "Brother I can't just leave you here to die" I choked with tears as he chuckles " No you go make that angel your bride" "How did you know about that" I ask but before I got an answer he had closed his eye and took his last breath and a tear falls down his face. I sat there crying into my brothers body as the angels rejoice in victory as the wave of demons had retreated back.
