i miss you and how you looked

you had chocolate hair

and eyes that sparkled like

dewdrops.

i miss you and how you acted

carefree,

loving,

and

oh-so-funny.

i miss you and how you sounded

your bright voice as peppy

and as smooth as silk.

i miss you and your touch

because when

you rested your head on my lap that one time

i fell.
