"Hey guys, It's Cora. Sorry I've been gone for so long but I'm happy to say that I'm back with brand new covers every Friday. So, if you have any song suggestions then just put them in the comments below and I'll be sure to do them. Also, I wanted to say that I'm going to be at 'Summer in the City' this month so come along so I can meet you and have a chat! Also, I have some merch coming this week which is very exciting so keep an eye out on my Instagram for more info. Ok guys, that's all I wanted to tell you so I'll see you next Friday for a brand new cover. Don't forget to like and subscribe. See ya"

I switched my camera and spot-lights off then left the room to grab my phone.

So, I should probably explain what happened when I left the boys in LA. I got off the plane in London and got a taxi straight to the hospital where I met my mum. My dad was a mess but he began to improve over the next two weeks and my life very quickly got back to normal. I worked in a cafe and continued with my photography and piano lessons. Two weeks later, my dad died. No one was expecting it and my mum just completely broke down. Things didn't feel the same. Nothing was the same. I talked to the boys for about a year but it didn't last very long and I only talked to James and Connor. They told me how good tour was and that they missed me. I missed them so much, Brad more than the others. I never spoke to him after he texted me saying that he loved me. I never replied to him. I didn't know how. I felt so bad for not replying. I didn't tell them that my dad died because I could barely admit it to myself that he was gone. As much as I was there for him for the last two weeks of his life, that is a complete blur compared to the fight we had before I left for America. He didn't want me to go and I shouldn't have. But I did and I can't change that. I realized that my mum wasn't going to get better anytime soon so I had to be the bigger person. I was working three jobs at the time too because she wasn't at work.

A year later, mum moved to Scottland to live with her sister and her family. She offered me to go with her but I wanted to stay in the city. So, I bought my own apartment in the very center of the city so I was close to everything. I kept up my Pinterest account and Instagram. I was beginning to feel really down about everything and I began to realize that because I was always working and trying to keep my mum happy that I had no time to be sad or feel bad for myself. So, when I moved in on my own I had that time to be sad. I actually wrote a song about my dad too. I felt better after. I then decided to start my own YouTube channel where I do covers. I was doing them for a few months then Ash moved in with me. She had a plan to go live with her sister in Australia but when she turned 20 her parents cut her off so she had to get money before she could move. In that time, my channel was booming and I was so happy. The Vamps actually started following me on YouTube and I was being invited along to meet and greets, comic cons and festivals. It was mental.

I met Joe Sugg and we became really good mates and he literally lives down the street from me so I go to see him all the time and he does the same to me. I do collabs with Conor Maynard and I've met Joey Graceffa and Colleen Ballenger. Life has been mental. I went on a few dates but nothing really happened. Every time I went on one, I thought of Brad and I had to get out of that. youtube became a full-time thing so I really didn't have time for dates.

Eventually, Ash had enough money and moved to Australia. We talk as much as we can but we grew apart very slowly and now just try our best to keep up a conversation over text. My cousin, Olivia, moved in with me recently (her mum was my dads' sister). When we were little, we were like sisters but then she moved abroad and when my dad died they came back and she wanted to come live with me. I've tried to forget as much as I can about the Vamps though I do still listen to their music and they are amazing and are getting better. They are doing so well; they just released their new album 'Night and Day' (Day edition). I've listened to the whole album on Spotify but I haven't listened to their individual songs yet. James occasionally comments on my Instagram posts. Oh! I got verified on Instagram and Twitter and I went insane. I was so happy.

I bumped into this guy at a Music.ly festival (Well, it's now TikTok). I was going to get food with Olivia and I turned around and he bumped straight into me. He apologized and I said it was fine then he walked off. I then saw him again an hour later. And then another hour later, him and this other blond boy (you could tell his hair wasn't naturally blond) they were running pretty fast and kept looking back. I followed their eyes as to where they were looking and saw these girls running straight for them screaming their heads off. We were about to leave but YouTubers were allowed to go through these side corridors so they could actually get around places so I shouted at him not expecting him to actually hear me. He looked directly at me and him and his friend ran at us as we kept the door open and shut it behind us after they got through.

"Thanks" he thanked me

"No problem, you looked like you were in a bit of trouble" I laughed and they both laughed in response trying to get their breathes' back.

Liv was with me. This was when she literally just moved in with me and I don't like going to these events on my own so she goes with me. Liv doesn't have a job but it's fine, it's not like I don't have enough money to pay the rent.

The lad began to look at is all weird. As if I had something on my face.

"You ok?" I asked

"Um, yeah" He replied confusingly

"You sure?" I asked giggling

"Yeah, it's just you look really familiar" He replied "Have we met before?" He asked

"You bumped into me this morning" I replied

"No, I've seen you before" He denied

"She's on YouTube" Olivia answered "She does covers" She added

"Oh my god yeah I remember" He answered "Your names Cora right?" he asked

I nodded.

"And your name is?" I asked

"Rye" he replied reaching his hand out and I shook it "And this is my bandmate Brooklyn" He introduced.

"Bandmate?" Liv asked pretty nervously

"We're in a band called Roadtrip" Brooklyn replied

"Oh yeah, I think I've heard of you before" Liv replied with a flirty kind of tome to her and as I look at Brooklyn, he looked pretty nervous.

"Yeah, I've seen a few of your covers. You guys are good" I told Rye

We walked around the corridors for a while until Rye called one of his other bandmates and I met them all. Turns out they watch me all the time and ever since then I've watched them. I talk to Rye all the time and we get on really well.

I've tried to forget about the whole Vamps thing and rumours died down after a while. Now, there is just the occasional talk or a fan trying to ask me about it but I just end up avoiding the question. A part of me still feels bad about not texting Brad back but I didn't know what to say and he never tried to text me since then.

It was four years ago I went on tour with them. A lot has happened. Things have changed.

Hey guys, I'm back!

Starting a new story. I thought I'd start a new one but I don't really know where to go from here so if you have any suggestions then feel free to place a comment.
