Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing this e-mail to announce to you for the amount of vacation time that will be granted to employees who have been with our company for one year or more.
As you know, the amount of vacation time are in addition to the two weeks(or 10 working days) that all employees now receive. But this doesn't apply to employees who are currently in probationary status,they will continue to receive only 10 days of vacation a year. Below are some detail informations:
