Another two days passed by and karan was getting better under natasha's watch but he could see that she was not behaving the same as she did when they first met

She was taking out his after lunch medicines, when the door to his room was yanked open revealing a girl with the makeup of the whole world spread all across her face and she was wearing the shortest dress possible that too in red color

This time it came in a more stern way and she leaves and the room was filled with an awkward silence which Natasha decides to break

Natasha-here, your medicine(she gives him a glass of water and medicine, he was about to say something but she continuous ) and tomorrow you have an appointment at 11, so I will come at my usual time and I've booked a cab since I don't know how to drive, do you have anything else you want me to do before I leave?
