At location-
Avni got out of her car& people left

A-neil!!!
Neil plz utho
Plz apni aakhe kholo

Avni put neil in her car with help of driver& the driver drove off to the nearest hospital while avni was patting his cheeks on the way in an attempt to wake him up

Hospital-

Avni pulled neil out of the car with the driver &a ward boy fetched a stretcher to the entrance

Doctor! doctor!
Is there a doctor here
Its an emergency!!!
Avni screamed on the top of her lungs

On hearing the constant screams,a doctor arrived

D-oh my goodness!
This is doctor khanna
I met him in a medical conference
Nurse, prepare the OT immediately
Urgent operation karna padega
(Nurse followed suit)

D(while moving the stretcher to the OT)-What happened to him?And aap kon h??

A-he met with an accident
And im his fiancée

They reached the OT& the doc was trying to separate neil's hand from avni (which he was holding even in unconscious state) when neil tightened his grip on her hand

A-neil plz
Men iske aage nhi aa sakti
I know ke tumhe kuch nhi hoga

She started sobbing while the doc took neil into the OT

She somehow composed herself& informed khanna family& as soon as they arrived, she just said that hes in the OT
They stayed outside the OT, moving to& fro in the corridor while avni left the hospital

P-shwetaji sambhaliye khudko
Aap toot jayengi toh bebe ko kese sambhalenge hum?

Bebe's condition was no different- she was silent& wasnt uttering a word
She went completely numb- without any movement

Avni entered the house, close the door& sat on the floor with a thud
She didnt have the guts to face neil's family bcz she was suspecting that her own enemies were behind this heinous crime

She was lost in her pool of thoughts when she spotted a note left by neelamaa which said that she will be out of town for a few days due to NGO work& that she need not worry

Avni sighed but was glad about the same bcz now neela need not worry about her- so what if only for few days?

Though avni had decided to meet Ali &DD the next morning, she just sat in front of the small temple she had in her apartment for the whole night- praying for the life& safety of her love

Next day, hospital-

Maybe god was also on avni's side as neil finally opened his eyes& found his entire family around him
But the only face his eyes were searching for was no where to be seen
