The hate you give is not for the faint of heart .
I absolutely loved this book. It gave me a whole new perspective on race and the grief process. The Hate U Give opened my eyes to what black lives matter really means . It expertly written . It's gut renchingly beautiful. If I tried to count the number of times I cried I would run out of fingers . This book changed me and the way I view things . I'm excited for the movie to come out .
Recommendation- I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in social justice issues . Don't read if you can't handle police brutality and harsh language. Do read if you want a good cry and to learn something about the world .
