My hero academia fanfic

Field trip!

Ever since Youshi was a little girl her dream was to be a hero like her mom. Her mother was a great hero, and her father was her mothers partner, it was almost something out of the story books. They were known as the couple who didn't let anything come between them, they always had each other's backs. Her mother however fell to a terrible fate and was suddenly murdered by a villain when Youshi was 2 years old. After her death, Youshi's father decided to hang up his hero costume and retired to spoil his daughter and keep her out of the hero business. He would tell her how amazing her mother was, but never wanted her to become a hero, he couldn't bear the thought of Youshi having the same fate as her mother.
Now 17 years old, Youshi practices her quirk daily, looking more and more like her mother every day.
She gained her quirk from her mother who happened to have two. The first power, she could grow crystals from her body. But they must come directly from her skin. If there is clothing in the way, it will tear through. In order for the crystal to travel to her target, she must touch something that the target is touching. Her second power, is energy transfer. By kissing her target she can take their energy and use it to her advantage to make her quirk stronger. She may also transfer her own energy or energy she has taken to her teammates (by kissing them) for them to use with their quirk. She is a good example of a support hero, defense and offense hero.

Unfortunately Youshi hasn't been allowed to show off her quirk to anyone. Her father doesn't like her using it and thinks it's not good for her to practice it.
"Please dad? I really really just want to visit moms old school! It would be a great learning experience for me and I'll get to meet people who knew her!" Youshi stomped her foot, it echoed off the office walls. She always asked to enroll in UA high, this was the first time she ever asked to just visit. She hoped even just getting to see the inside of the school and meet other hero's would satisfy her for a while. If not, she would continue to beg her father to allow her to go to school there to practice her quirk.
"Absolutely not Youshi! And that's final! You are not going to UA high even if it's just to visit." Her father crossed his arms over his wide chest. His quirk was strength, he could lift and bend anything he wanted. His hero name was "the Incredible Strong Man". And with her mothers quirk, it made him even stronger. But he was never as strong as All Might or Endeavor.
She crossed her arms as well to make herself feel bigger. Compared to him she was a very tiny 5ft 4inches tall girl, while he was almost 6feet tall and very broad.
"I promise I'm only going to visit. Iida will be there and you know he will keep me safe. The school is full of hero's, I'll be safe. I promise. Please daddy?" He rolled his eyes at her and sighed. Iida was a close family friend of ours, his brothers worked well with her parents when they were younger. He treated her like a younger sister.
"You look just like your mother. You're just as stubborn as she is too. Youshi....I know you'll be safe...." he paused and glanced at a photograph on his desk then groaned.
"Fine. You may visit. I'll contact the school and Iida. He will go anywhere you go."
The amount of happiness that shot through her body was enough to cause crystals to sprout from the ground around her feet. She jumped from her spot and wrapped her arms tightly around her fathers neck. He would do anything to keep her happy, but this was a tough decision for him to allow her to do. He didn't
want her to go to this place and be convinced to enroll. He did everything possible to keep her out of the hero business to keep her safe.

~~~UA High~~~

"We would LOVE to have little miss Kagune visit our school! Is she thinking of enrolling?" For such a small creature, the principal had a loud and over enthusiastic voice. His tiny hand held the large phone to his head as he spoke to Youshis father about her visit to the school.
"No. She is only there to meet the teachers that were classmates with her mother and look around the school. She isn't enrolling. Ever." Her fathers stern voice boomed from the phone but didn't seem to phase the principal at all.
"Splendid! We will enjoy seeing her! I'll set up a special schedule just for her visit. I can't wait to meet her!"
He placed the phone back in its receiver and turned to All Might who stood near his desk.
"Was that really the Incredible Strong Man?" All night asked almost shocked. The school originally intended on enrolling Youshi when she graduated her home schooled middle classes. They knew her quirk was the same as her mother's and were determined to have her in their school. But when they sent the offer, they only got a nasty phone call from Mr. Kagune himself.
"It sure was. I have a request All Might, when she comes to visit, I would love to try to talk her into enrolling. She could really use our classes to improve her quirk. Her father is the only thing in the way. I know this child really wants to go to school specifically here because her mother went here. From what I've heard, it was like they stuck Mrs. Kagune through a copy machine and out popped Youshi!"
"Wow, that's interesting. So she has the exact same quirk as Hinata Kagune?"
"That she does! So I want you to talk to her about being in the school, let her show off her quirk, introduce her to the students. Do whatever it takes to make her feel comfortable and welcome here."

~~~A few days later~~~

Youshi put together a back pack consisting of a few notebooks, her personal hero costume, some snacks, and a few potions she mixed earlier for luck and energy. She attempted to get as much sleep as possible but was too excited to sleep peacefully. There were crystals scattered around her room from uncontrolled bursts of excitement.
She dressed herself in a high waisted skirt with polka dots and skulls and a black tank top. Her dyed bangs were pulled back out of her face while the rest of her auburn hair stuck out in a wavy mess around her shoulders and ears. She reluctantly slid on a pair of shoes, hoping she wouldn't ruin this pair with her emotions, then ran from her room and down the stairs. Iida was already there waiting for her at the front door in his UA high uniform.
"Iida!" She yelled as she jumped and wrapped her arms around his neck and her legs around his waist. His face turned red from the odd embrace.
"Youshi, it's excellent to see you!" Iida pried her off of him, she let go and landed on her toes in front of him. "Are you ready to go?"
"Of course! I've been ready since my dad said I could go!"
The house rumbled slightly to her father running to the front door. She quickly began pushing Iida outside. "Love you dad! I'll see you later!"
"Youshi! Be safe! I love you! Text me if you need me please! I'll be ready to pick you up at any moment if you need me! Iida you better take good care of my daughter!" Her father may seemed big and tough and scary but he was a huge softie for his daughter. He stood at the front door as she tugged Iida along behind her down the driveway.
Iida stiffly waved goodbye to her father, terrified for his life.

Once they arrived at the school, it took every bone in Youshi's body to keep her quirk from going crazy and destroying the floors. She was greeted at the door by All Might himself and the Principal.
"Welcome Miss Youshi, to UA High! I hope you enjoy your visit today. All Might here will be giving you the grand tour of our school! I'll be very busy today so unfortunately I will not be able to join, though at some point I hope to see that quirk of yours in action!" The principal waved. "I'll be seeing you later! Have fun!" Then turned and walked off before letting Youshi get any words out. Instead she turned to All Might and beamed.
"Youshi Kagune, it's a pleasure to meet you."
"Holy cow, All Might, Iida I cant believe you go to school and have All Might as your teacher!" Youshi stepped forward and offered her hand. He took it in his own.
Her mouth opened. "It's so nice to meet you! I was disappointed about your retirement but you gotta do what you need for your health! You're still an amazing hero in my eyes. I'm so happy I get to meet you. You knew my mom didn't you? Can I give you a hug?" When overwhelmed, Youshi's mouth tends to run. She couldn't help herself. After years of homeschooling and watching heroes on TV, getting to meet one in person was exciting for anyone.
Even in his skinny form, All Might still looked heroic. He chuckled at her, smiled the best he could with his eyes and opened his arms up.
She immediately wrapped her arms tight around him and pressed her cheek to his chest. She could feel her shoes begin to tear, and before she could stop herself, her crystals tore through, destroying her shoes and decorating the ground in beautiful sharp pink gems. Iida stepped backwards to avoid being hit by them. All Mights jaw dropped in amazement.
"Wow, you really are a spitting image of your mother!" The large iridescent spikes hadn't touched All Might, though he was completely shocked and startled.
"My dad tells me that a lot." She giggled softly, peering up at him with her arms still locked around his torso.
"Yeah, well be prepared to hear that a lot today."
