CHOCOLATE COOKIE CRUST PEANUT BUTTER PIE 🥧
Ingredients:
Chocolate cookies crushed in to crumbs
Peanut butter 1 cup
Cream cheese 225g
Melted butter 4 tablespoon
Whipped cream 225g
Cookie crumb for garnishing
Powdered sugar 1 1/2 cup
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Crush cookies in to crumbs and set aside
Add rushes cookies in to a bowl and mix with melted butter
Pour cookie in to pie pan and pat down to form a crust bake for five Mins until set
In a bowl mix cream cheese peanut butter until smooth. Add the whipped cream and sugar and mix until
Pour mixture over crust and smooth out the top and garnish with the remaining of the crushed cookies.
Refrigerate for about an hour .
