Preface

Donna Harrington was popular naturally. People loved her and her brother being the king of Hawkins High helped. Her best friend Charlotte Byers had been considered a freak but Donna broke their nose if anyone said anything. She had been babysitting the party since they were three, and although she didnt understand any of the references she was a valued member who all the younger members had a crush on. She met her other best friend Mia Mayfield at the arcade whilst dropping the kids off. Mia was new in town and they instantly clicked becoming best friends with Charlotte as well. They became a trio of sorts, and they had only known each other a week. Being Steves sister was great, but she hated Nancy Wheeler, her brothers girlfriend. She was leading him on and he was just going to get his heart broken. Her parents were away on business trips nearly all the time so it was just her and Steve and that's how she liked it. The Byers family had become a second family to Donna and she would always try to help them out in anyway possible. She had two loves of her life, Tom Cruise and her beloved 1967 Chevrolet Impala in a sleek black colour. It was her baby and she would kill a bitch for a single dent in it.

Billy Hargrove had a great life in California. He had 3 great friends, was captain of the basketball and the wrestling team, always had a girl on his arm, and had an amazing mother. That all went down the drain when his mother was diagnosed with a terminal branch of brain cancer. His father, Neil Hargrove, was quick to move on and married Susan Mayfield a week after her death. This meant he was stuck with two stepsisters, Mia and Max. He could tolerate Mia but didnt like Max. His dad then packed them up and moved them to Hawkins, Indiana. The only good thing that came out of it was that he got to keep his car. Billy decided that if he had to move he was going to make sure that he ruled over the pathetic school he had to go to. He was left broken after his mothers death, but he was fixable. After his fathers abuse started he was destroyed, he didnt think he could ever be fixed after that.
