Prologue
She was playing another one of her originally made pieces.
I passed by the music room, taking in long breaths.
I hope she doesn't notice me.
I count my steps as she press each key in symphony.
"Don't listen, please"
I need to stay alive.
I don't want to die just because I listened to her beautiful pieces.
Suddenly, the notes stopped, I know she noticed me.
I am not safe anymore.
I walk faster than normal, it feels like the hallways are unending.
She's coming, I can feel her, the hair at the back of my neck stood up in fright.
Her evil laughter rules my surroundings.
"Please spare me"
I know she won't, but, what if?
She's plucking that broken string from the piano, it sickens me when she does that, it's annoying.
I was running this time, with fright drawn on my face.
"Someone help me please"
At the blink of an eye, I saw her, standing in front of me at a distance. She's looking down the floor, and is she... sobbing?
"Why? W-why did you betray me? ANSWER ME!"
She shouted as she advances, floating in midair, to me.
"Eave! Please... don't!"
I shouted at the top of my lungs in fright.
Suddenly, a bright light blinds my eyes.
"Aiden? Is that you?"
The voice said in an innocent tone.
I was safe, for now, from Eave's dreadful hands.
"It's me, who are you?"
"It's Findales, Aid"
"Oh, Eve, thank god it's you, what brings you here?"
"I heard faint laughs, so I came here"
"Thanks"
"For what?"
"Never mind"
Eve helps me up, I thought Eave already left.
I was wrong; She's standing behind a post, a distance away from us.
I froze in fright, she wants to kill Eve this time.
"What is wrong with you, Eave?"
I asked her without making any noise.
"Aid... What.Is.Wrong.With.You?"
Eve asked me in an indifferent tone.
"Oh, nothing"
I replied as my sweat slowly fell from my forehead.
I don't want her to be dragged down with my fortune.
I just love her too much to be dragged to death with me.
I got her hand in mine and said, "Eve, let's call it a night"

I woke up and it was seven in the morning. I don't remember much from last night.
Oh, don't forget Eave, chasing me to my near death.
I stare at the ceiling for about ten minutes, thinking about those days.
My happy days with the girl I used to love.
She was as perfect as who in hell knows, that all the other guys hate me for dating her.
She loved me the same way too, I was in heaven.
How I wish I'm still with her, travelling the new changing world.
But, I need to face it, she's gone and forever will be out of my life's road.
Why--
A knock on the door brought me back to reality.
"Aid, are you awake?"
Oh, it's Eve, maybe she brought me breakfast again.
Like what she used to do to me.
"Can I come in?"
"Yeah, sure"
She turned the door knob slowly as if it was about to break at any second. The sun rays shone on her pinkish white face and revealed her hazel nut brown eyes.
"Why are you just so beautiful?"
"Why are you just so funny?"
"Why do you have such a cute smile?"
"Why are you fond of playing around with me?"
I smiled at her in return as she placed my breakfast on the table.
"Eat my dear Aiden, I don't want you to get thin"
I heard her say as I felt her faint finger slide down my back.
"No, stay away from me!"
That scared Eve like hell that she dropped the plate that she held.
"What's wrong, Aiden?"
She asked me in a concerned tone as she got the broken pieces of marble on the floor.
"I'm sorry, I just had a nightmare..."
"What nightmare?"
She asked as she sets aside the broken pieces and sat next to me on my bed.
"Oh, just you dating another guy besides me"
"Ooookkkkkkaaaaayyyyyy, Aiden"
She said as she stood up and went back to the table.
I looked out to my window, seeing the bright sun.
Oh, how I wish it was her right here with me, right now.
But then again, she didn't want to go on anymore.
After that, she suddenly disappeared.
Leaving no trace of her disappearance behind.
Not a word, no letter, no calls.
Nothing but a mystery.
