Chapter 69- Double Happiness

" They're so lovely," manghang usal ni Glayssa, " I just couldn't take my eyes off them. Very beautiful!," Her voice was full of emotion habang nakatunghay sa salamin ng nursery room.

" Yeah, they really look alike. Halos lahat ng anggulo walang ipinagkaiba," it was Angelica, na katulad ni Glayssa ay may paghanga ring nakatingin sa nasa harapan nila. " I am wondering now how could they be identified by their parents, lalo na at para silang biniyak sa iisang bunga."

" Well that wouldn't be too hard," Michelle butt in. " Kapag pinagmasdan niyo silang maigi, you will see a slightest difference from them, and beside each baby have their own unique features. Baby number one has a heartshape birthmark on her navel, while baby number two had this star shape, so binigyan nila ng madaling trabaho ang mga magulang nila para kilalanin sila, isn't that funny?"

Shey chuckled, " And here I thought na araw-araw bubulyawan ni Jhossa si Kyshaun for this upcoming headache. Mabait na mga bata,manang mana sa ina, mabuti na lang talaga—"

" Anong mabuti naman, my queen?" Kaizer asked from behind them, kasunod nito sila Meg at Zach.

" Hmmp, wala! Ang sabi ko lang at mabuti naman at mukhang hindi nagmana ang kambal na ito sa ama nilang puno ng saltik ang utak! "

" You're still harsh on Kyshaun my queen . Akala ko ba past is past?" Masuyong tanong ni Kaizer sa asawa, inakbayan pa nito si Shey na bakas na naman ang iritasyon sa mukha.

" Can't blame me! Alam mo naman na hindi ako madaling makalimot, but on his part, medyo na eexcempt na siya lalo pa at alam kong masaya si Jhossa sa piling niya. But I cannot promise that I will be very good to Kyshaun, unless he really goes beyond everything to prove that he will never do anything that will cause the smile on Jhossa's face to vanished again."

" Let him do his way, Shey! Huwag ka na lang maging extra kontra bida okay. I am sure na ngayong nakapanganak na si Jhossa, Kyshaun had a plan on his own. Let us not ruin it!" Angelica gently reminded Shey, who just shrugged.

" Whatever fits the fist first, my friend. Whatever!"

Kyshaun stared at Jhossa's sleeping form. Hanggang ngayon ay may epekto pa ang Demerol na ininject sa kasintahan kung kaya naman hindi pa ito nagkakamalay. Kababakasan man ng pagod ang mukha nito ay may mabining ngiti pa rin ang nakapagkit sa mga labi nito. Must be because she is very happy to deliver their babies in this world.

Babies!

Yes. He and Jhossa welcomed their two precious little princess in their life.  Kala Jyena Jui and Karissa Devi Jui.

He was shock alright nuong malaman niya Kay Dr. Ren na kambal ang magiging anak nila. He couldn't contain his emotion, he was okay with them having their second child but having a twins is such a gift that goes beyond what he expected,and he is very happy and at the same time very proud of his Jhossa for she was able to give a natural birth to their twins. Nag-alala pa nga siya na baka hindi nito kayanin ang natural birth but Dr. Ren assured him that Jhossa already prepared herself to deliver their babies safe in normal way.

And she did!

Bravely!

And when he first hold the babies in his arms, he couldn't help the tears that flows freely in his eyes. Iyon pala ang pakiramdam na mahawakan mo ang anak mo sa unang pagkakataon. He missed the chance of holding Karsten the day that he was born at may panghihinayang siyang naramdaman because he is his heir. His first born! And besides alam naman na niyang hindi na niya mababawi  ang nakalipas na panahon kaya naman ginagawa niya ang lahat upang mapawi ang lahat ng pagkukulang niya sa kasintahan at sa anak.

He might not be able to meet Karsten every first, but he sure as hell won't miss everything in his life now that they are together as a family. And it's a promise that he surely will fulfill.
