Hello there and welcome to this roleplay.
As most of you are probably wanting to know I will tell you the theme of this, and that is Spirit Animals, now the way this will work is each character finds their spirit animal around the ages of ten to fourteen and the spirit animal will stay with them their whole lives.
Now the spirit animals don't appear the same way normal animals do, they seem nearly see though and almost like watercolour brought to life.
Now as to your characters spirit animal, they can't be any random animal the animal will either match or enhance their personality, so say you have an extremely shy character who wants to be more bold, their animal would be one that is bold in personality.
And finally I'll introduce you to the possible animals!
Fox: they can connect with two different personalities based on red or arctic fox, a red fox would bond with a strong willed and/or sneaky personality, while the arctic fox would bond with a sweethearted kind personality, the one thing both variants share is they are independent normally.
Wolf: The wolf will normally connect with a more independent and commanding person.
Otter: Otters are bonded to free spirited people.
Cheetah: they will bond with people who have a need for adventure.
Lion: These appear to those who have a strong heart and firm willpower.
Tiger: They will come to those who have a strong will and a need for knowledge. (Similar but slightly different to a lion)
House cat: They appear to those who are independent on the outside but need someone with them most the time.
Dog: they appear to those who value family and friends more than anything.
Owl: not generally calm, but should connect with a wise and intuitive person
Eagle: should connect with someone who inspires mental strength and is a true leader
Deer: Should connect with a gentle and caring person.
Leopard: should connect with a confident and independent person [ is also close with the Eagle one, but the Eagle should be for persons who are generally more selfless and the Leopard for persons with hubris]
Snow Leopard: They will bond to a human who observes more than interacts with conflicts.
Bear: It means strength, confidence, healing and grounding (thank you to fizzymountaindew for this spirit animal)
Now as a last little thing here, the animals are not always normal in appearance, some can float, others have plants on them and the other few have longer tails, bigger ears larger antlers than others, whatever it may be, feel free to go crazy (but keep it sorta realistic to a point) with how they look!
Feel free to suggest new animals or changes in personality traits on these animals.
(Special thanks to -rosearcher for the traits of the Leopard, Owl, and Eagle)
