steve sent tony to save you, because tony was able to fly and it would be much quicker. while steve was fighting against hydras soldiers, he heard tony speak through his ear piece.
"steve? i'm sorry, but.. y/n is dead. he killed her when i got in. i'm so sorry, man."
steve knocked out the last soldier around him and stood in the forest. he shook his head and looked to the floor, mumbling.
