Everyone always thinks that life is a great thing. Well guess what. It's not. There is so much that can go wrong.

My name's Jaeden. Jaeden Lieberher. All my life I had it all. The loving parents. The big house. A good life. But things don't always stay the way you want it.

Things happen and things change. A lot.

But when you have someone there for you, for all the hard things in life. You hold onto them.

Finn Wolfhard. My best friend since the kinder grades. We met when I was 4 and he was 5. I was laying on a hill alone away from the class. He came up to me and asked if I needed a friend.

The was the greatest thing I've ever done in my life.

When I turned 13. My life changed for the worse. My dad has always had a dislike for me since I was born. Every little thing I do angers him. He tells me I'm a mistake. And that they never wanted me.

On the other hand mom loves me. She scolds dad whenever he says something bad to me. Or about me.

August 13th 2011. Was the day we found out mom had Cancer. It was a really hard thing for me. I cryed every single night after I found out. I wouldn't leave out of the house. Finn would climb up through my window and let me cry on his shoulder. Every night he went home with his shirt wet and sadness spread all across his face.

He felt bad for his best friend. So he did all he could to help.

February 7th 2014 mom passed away.

My heart was broken into so many pieces. The day of the funeral was the worst day of my life. After everyone left me and Finn stayed at her grave on our knees holding each other as tight as we could. In the pouring rain.
