"Your reports are just fine, there's nothing to worry about", The Doctor uttered after he handed over my reports.

I rolled my hands into a fist, my anger was building up in me and i could feel myself heat up.

Why can't these stupid  Doctors figure out what's wrong with me!

I sat there for a while mentally talking to myself as I gazed at the reports, The Doctor waited no longer to ask me the question he was longing to ask,

"Where are your parents child?"

Isn't that a question you ask before you see a child? well I'm not really a child, I'm a teenager, but my baby face makes me look like a 12 year old except taller. A 16 year old teenager, who's old enough to take care of herself, I guess.

"Uh, they're at work. They're like really busy so I didn't really want to disturb them" I lied,

I had to lie, because of how last time I told a Doctor I had no parents nor any legal guardians. He tried to bring in the law into this which meant i'd end up in an orphanage, I desperately did not want to be in one. Living amongst children of different ages no older than 17 and as young as 4 months, waking up with scraps all around you and eating food that would make you want to throw up. Waiting months just for a family to adopt you, I didn't want that for myself, I certainly didn't and so I had to run from all of it. I can say, running wasn't really the best idea because now I have a search party on my tail and they haven't stopped since, for me it sometimes is annoying if the government cares too much about their people, now if anyone finds out I'm in the 'wanted' list, they're going to try to turn me over. Ever since then I've lied about my parents.

He nodded believing every word I threw out, he did seem a bit hesitant about it though.

"But you know you should always have a parent with you right? you can't sign these papers for yourself, you're still a minor."

I nodded as I huffed,

"So you last reported that you feel this agonizing pain in your chest correct?"

"Yeah?"

"If all of your reports are fine then I don't see the problem here, do you know anything about your family history? any passed on disease or illness?"

"Wish I knew" I shrugged,

"Okay so... How often do you feel it now?"

"Sometimes less, sometimes much. I haven't felt it for a while"

"Well I'm glad to hear It's getting better"

A lot of people would have been excited if they heard they were getting better, but i was a huge exception here. Getting better meant whatever it was went on a vacation and would come back eventually.

"Yeah whatever" I got up and walked out of the hospital with the reports in my hand, I placed them in my black bag and strolled towards my favorite cafe. I never really was an open person, I had trust issues, adding the anger issues as well. My past wasn't that great either, I read quotes every where on the internet and even on walls saying your past doesn't define you, but it sure molded me into the person i am today. A cold-hearted, arrogant person just wanting to be left alone. The people i knew would just randomly call me their friends while i disagreed, I didn't even want acquaintances. On hearing that they would call me words i wish i never heard,  i have no problem forgetting about them, but it certainly doesn't mean that i forget the person who said them. I've always hated people, maybe because I was merely exposed to the dark side.

Amongst all these thoughts, I was halted as the agonizing pain took over again. I held my chest as I gritted my teeth in pain, my eyes close shut forming wrinkles besides them, my nose scrunched up as i tried to ease the pain by breathing in and out rhythmically. I limped my way through an alley that was fortunately right next to me, I didn't want the people to see me this way, ever. I leaned against the wall and shrieked in pain,
