Just a week and I will be off to my new college . It has always been my dream to be an architect but I think that's not possible, atleast not in this life .
Yes I will be going to college next week but for my btech degree .
Architecture is now a dream which can't be fulfilled .Dad didn't allow me to opt it because as he say and I quote ' architecture is out of scope ' .I can understand its a little bit expensive course and unfortunately we are a middle class 6 member family .
Crying for three month couldn't even pursuade my dad but he did convince me.
One day last month seeing my gloomy face he couldn't control himself and tried talking to me .He knew his little fairy is quite stubborn .
He made it clear , had it not being for his unstable position in company and our unstable financial condition he would not have stopped me from chasing my dreams .He revealed that he wants me to work hard , to become something , to end our hardships , to be able not to make a compromise anywhere in future .
He didn't even look at me . He couldn't make eye contact knowing he was breaking his daughter's heart but he explained me his dilemma and I finally accepted my fate.
I remembered what granpa told me when I was 5 .He was pushing the swing and listening carefully to my rants about how I ll become a doctor when I grow up, just because I couldn't accept the fact that my dog died and I couldn't bring him back .
He told me ,"feria ,I believe you can do anything you want , anything you aspire , you need to believe in yourself little fairy. I know you have a good heart and nice people always ends up having a good life."
So here I am ready to start next week with my mind made up .
I will make dad and mom proud .I will become an engineer and nothing can stop me .
Sorry guys its just the start so bear it .
