Kennan woke up from stressed because of what happened yesterday with him and Eveline. Kennan rubbed his eye as he was reaching for his phone checking what day it is, Date:6/7/26, he let out a sigh knowing that the next event will be happening 10 years later. He stepped into the shower worrying about what happened to Evelin,or what will happen to her when she ran out into the forest.
Kennan grabbed his towel hanging on the wall held up by a plastic stick connected to the wall. He left the bathroom seeing everything perfect, no plates were scattered by the sink, no garbage in the garbage can,no loud music, everything is quiet,like no one is living here, Kennan feels empty without her.
He went into the kitchen and grabbed a box of cereal, he poured it into a bowl when his phone rang."Time to go to school". He quickly ate the cereal without the milk and it tastes horrible as it sounds. Before going out the door he grabbed his car keys, turned off the lights, and making sure no electrical appliances were on.
He drove his car into the school's campus and found a parking lot and not that many cars are parked. He parked his car grabbing his bag with one falling of his shoulder as he quickly ran to the main building. On the way to the main room he was greeted by the teacher crossing her arm and tapping her foot on the tiled floor while his classmates just stared at him.
"Mr. Ro you have been late for 10 days straight and you wont even do good at class and you give me that attitude huh? I expected more from you as an honor student at highschool you should do better at class" she shouted loudly in front of my face.
Kennan shrugged it of and sat down on his seat to find out that there was a new student sitting near beside him. She not tall,she was cute,beatiful and looks like a smart student from a higher school that Kennans currently on. She seemed shy and acted like an introvert which is not Kennan's type but she would be a good girlfriend for him.
After an hour of science class Kennan felt lonely for the first time. Is it because of what she said when she held me captive? Or was it that Kennan loves her. Kennan looked outside the window, the sun is still up and Kennan got the feeling that this new girl keep staring at me like a murderer or something.
10 minutes later Nicolle texted me that she found Eveline laying down on a flower field deep inside the forest. She didnt have any bruises but she still have the wound that she got from that accident. For one time in my life Kennan feel very relaxed and happy for some reason, it was like hope. Kennan ran outside the building knowing that the next period is going to start 20 minutes later, but he didnt care, all he cares about is her, she is the most important part of his life, the one who took care of him, gave him a house, food to eat, and everything even though she was trying to do stuff with me, but Kennan doesn't care cause Kennan liked her.
Sweat running down his forehead to his cheeks, he stopped to get a deep breath then continuing running. He saw his car just up ahead he picked up his keys from his pocket, he reached for the car's door handle and opened the door. He quickly placed in the key in the key hole, turned on the engine, as he was going out the gate the bell already rang, he doesn't care about grades anymore but Eveline's safety.
The forest was near to his school and has a chance to catch up before Nicolle called her driver to pick her up. Kennan arrived at the forest and parked his car very quick that it penetrated to the other side. He ran to the coordinates given by Nicolle, the flower beds, Kennan explored the entire forest but he didn't remember seeing a flower bed before. He tried to recall his past memories if he had seen such a thing but he couldn't he was focused on the main goal, save Eveline, thats the only thing on his head.
Kennan saw Nicolle with Eveline on her lap holding a device. It was very science-fictiony, and it looked more complicated than his math equations. Kennan approached them slowly to not startle Eveline to not cause her to run away from him again. Nicolle saw Kennan as he was walking towards them from behind and she gave him a hand signal that it was okay because Eveline was still sleeping, maybe tired of running and crying. Kennan sat beside Nicolle who seems to be blushing and got that weird feeling she has a crush on him,he shrugged it off.
Kennan asked Nicolle what she was holding, it looks familiar to him like he has seen it before at school at science class, it was very familiar, he let go of that feeling that saw it before.
"Nicolle was kind of device is that?" curiosity was seen all over Kennan's face.
"I found this on your school campus before texting you i found Eveline" she replied.
Kennan seemed confused of what she said because he didnt saw her at his school campus nor her car at the parking lot. A lot of strange thing is happening today, he felt chills running down his skin like someone reversed time.
While Nicolle was calling a pick-up from his driver, Kennan explored the area a bit to familiarize himself of the place he thought he already know of.
Walking down a rocky path, he felt relaxed by the breeze,the trees, and the beautiful sight given by mother nature. Nicolle gave Kennan a call that the car is ready and they are waiting for him.
He ran to the outskirts of the forest, but he felt he was being looked at and being stalked by someone. He kept his guard up until he arrived at the parking lot seeing Nicolle outside and Eveline at the back seat sleeping. He and Nicolle hopped in as the driver offered them to take a seat first before he sat down.
The driver drove them to his apartment when the light stop was signaled red, as he was scanning everything around him he felt off, he felt like someone was watching him, he saw a lady in a brown coat which he thought he saw it before. Stress overcame him and he then let himself be devoured by his own dreams and let go off his stress until he dozed of.....
