Chapter 4:

               I woke up so excited today knowing that I would go on my first date with Zayn. Yesterday was so much fun hanging out with the group, so imagine how much fun I’ll have with Zayn. I have 5 hours until Zayn gets here, so I called Mollie to come over and help me decide what to wear. “So where are you guys gonna go?” “We’re going to the movies. I think he said we were gonna watch All is Forgotten.” (*author- All is Forgotten is a movie that I made up. It doesn’t exist*) “Isn’t it a sad movie?” “I guess so. I’ll just wear some waterproof mascara just in case. So how are things with you and Harry?” Mollie kind of muttered something and I didn’t know what she said. “What? Speak up!” Then she confessed to me that Harry doesn’t like her as a girlfriend, but more like a friend. Aww poor Mollie, they seemed so perfect for each other. She said that she’s not going to give up her Harry dream, so I told her ‘good luck with that’. “How about you wear this, Melinda?” “Mollie, I’m not a slut, I would never wear that!” “Hey don’t look at me! It was in your closet.” I finally decided to wear some black skinny jeans with a red sweater and a silver belt and shoes. It was gonna be cold in the theater anyways, and if Zayn gets cold too, he could just hug my sweater and me for warmth. At last, I heard the doorbell ring. I opened the door and there was Zayn wearing his cute glasses and looking fine as always. “Hey there beautiful, ready to go? Movie starts in about 10 minutes.” “Sure! Just let me get my purse.” I quickly went over to Mollie, who wished me the best of luck, and went out the door. When we finally were at the movies, Zayn and I decided to share some popcorn and everything was just fine. During the middle of the movie, I saw Zayn staring at me while I was resting my head on his shoulder. He held up my chin and kissed me. It was so magical and it felt so right, I didn’t even notice when the movie ended. When we stopped kissing, my worst fears were realized, paparazzi.
