We had the best view in town! I gave a generous tip to the hostess, and we got the best table the little French restaurant had to offer.

"How old is this wine, it's taste so good!" Zina said, as she took another sip.

"Very old! I slipped a hundred dollar bill to the waiter, so he can bring us the oldest wine that they have. How did you like your meal?" I asked her, even though I watched her eat every single crumb on her plate.

"Delicious! The French know how to cook!" She said happily.

"Wait till you taste the Greek cuisine, their Pastichio is the best!" I told her.

"Mayhap tomorrow you can take me to a nice Greek place, I would love to try Greek food." She said.

I cleared my throat, and asked, "is Mary still as beautiful as I remembered her to be?"

"Yes she is, and the best part about her, is that she doesn't realize it." Zina said.

Feeling a longing for my soulmate, I wanted to know everything about her. "Tell me about her Zina, I want to know everything."

"Mary is always trying to save the world. She works tireless hours helping people, she has a heart of gold, but she doesn't take time out to smell the roses! She is always doing things for other people, and doesn't do anything for herself." Zina said, and she picked up the menu and looked for the desserts. "Mmm, I want that!" She said, pointing her finger at a picture of a chocolate mouse cake.

"How are you going to convince her to come here, isn't Colin going to stop her?" I asked her, with a sinking feeling, knowing that Colin holds the power to keep her away from me if he chose to.

"Colin is a great person, he would never stop Mary from making her connection with her soulmate, besides, we recently found out that Mary and Colin are not soulmate's." She said.

"Has he touched her?" I asked, in a broken voice, doing everything I could to hold myself together.

"Andrew, he has been with her for almost two hundred years, way before you even met her!" She said, and my heart stopped pumping blood.

"What kind of a warrior let's his betrothed leave him to go to America, without following after her? I would never let her out of my sight!" I told her, and tried to erase the mental image of Colin touching my soulmate. I leaned in, so the people around us didn't hear my next words, "If he touched her, I will kill him!"

Zina rolled her eyes at me, "The both of them knew deep down, that they were not connecting, and Mary had a vision to come to America to find her soulmate, and Colin understood her frustration because he too wasn't feeling it, but when she came back, she said that she didn't find what she was looking for, and stayed betrothed to Colin, but I think both of them were hoping to find their soulmate's and that is why they never married, and to answer your question, they have never slept with each other ever!" She said, and waited to see my reaction.

My heart beat wildly against my chest, "Are you telling me that she is still a maiden?" I asked, making sure that I heard right.

"Yes, she is a maiden." Zina said, and her eyes sparkled with laughter, and I just wanted to kiss her for giving me the best news of my life.

That moment the piano started to play a famous French tune, and I lifted myself off the chair and walked around to Zina, and said, "Dance with me."

Zina smiled up at me, and gave me her hand, and I gently pulled her to her feet, and we walked near the small stage where the man in the tuxedo played a beautiful love song. Wrapping my arms around Zina, I pulled her close to me, and her arms circled around my neck as we danced a slow dance to the beautiful love song.

I closed my eyes and Mary's image appeared. The tears were unavoidable, as they glided down my face, but this time they were happy tears, because over the years I have cried many times for Mary. Soon, I will have Mary in my arms again, and I will never let her go! When the song finished, I kissed Mary's hand, and walked her back to our table, and sat back down.

"Andrew, how did you live without her, wasn't it hard to bed other woman after you had a taste of your soulmate?" Zina asked, and I threw her a bitter smile.

"Before I met her I was a playboy, jumping around in many beds, and enjoying my single life, until I met Mary. Then everything changed, she was the only woman I wanted to be intimate with, but I wanted to save that special day for our marraige bed. I kept her a maiden the whole time I was with her, and enjoyed other pleasures with her." I told her, and my heart twisted with pain. "When she left me, I felt a sense of lost, and I was devastated, and went on a rampage, screwing every woman that would have me, but I would give them only pleasure, and not my heart!"

Zina lifted her brows, and said sarcastically, "Oh, so you were so devastated, that you enjoyed bedding numerous of other woman to heal your wounds!"

"It wasn't like that! I was hurting, and that was the only way I knew how to take away my pain. I only slept with each one once!" I told her.

"Oh yeah, then if you slept with them just once, then that makes it alright!" She hissed. "But you were upset thinking that Mary had slept with Colin, you are just like Gabriel, a typical horny male." She yelled a tad too high, and everyone in the restaurant turned and looked at us.

We had everyone's attention, and I knew it was time to leave, I pulled out two hundred dollars and placed the money on the table, and as I followed a pissed off Zina out the door, a little old lady slammed her purse onto my back and yelled, "Wife abuser!"

Mortified, I quickly exited the restaurant, knowing that I could never come back here again. Zina marched down the street heading the opposite direction of the Plaza Hotel, alarmed I reached over and grabbed her arm, and turned her around, "Zina wait, you have the wrong idea of me, I am not the horrible person you make me out to be!" I pleaded.

"I know, you are Prince Charming!" She said sarcastically, and my shoulders sagged, what if she thinks I'm a bad person and decides not to help me?
