Chapter 1

I have always thought that my mother would come back to my dad and I. He always told me she should come back soon. Every year on my birthday I received letters from my friend Annabeth to go to camp half blood. I don't know why, but she thinks she can figure out who my mother is. This time I will go. I leave my house not knowing where to go but then I see ms. Jackson driving like someone was chasing her.

"Get in." She said

I get in the car it takes a while to get there but I decide to stay quite.

"We don't have much time until they find you hopefully they won't. When we get there run to the top of a hill you'll see it when we get there." Ms. Jackson said carefully and fast.

"What?" I tried to say but the words couldn't come out. 

"My son Percy will be there to explain with Annabeth. You remember him right? Anyways this is a camp for demi gods Annabeth thinks your one like her. You know Ancient Greek right?" She says

"Ms. Jackson I... I don't understand. I...why me?" I said

She hesitated "just trust me."

We arrived to a hill she tells me to run as fast as I can and not to look back. Promise me Alex!

Ok I promise.

She runs up meeting Percy and Annabeth. Hi I'm Alex. You must be Percy. Hi Annabeth.

Are you hurt? Annabeth asked

Yeah of course! So...about my mother... Alex said awkwardly.

Well hopefully we'll find out soon but let me give you a tour you might get claimed at the fire tonight. She said

This is Zeus's cabin, cabin one Zeus is the god of the sky. Zeus only has two children Thalia Grace and Jason Grace. Thalia has joined the hunters of Artemis and she is immortal. Annabeth said

Oh that's cool I guess. I said

This is Hera's cabin, cabin two. She is the goddess of marriage and family. Hera's cabin is only like a worship place more the a cabin. Hera doesn't have any children. I'm not on good terms with her right now. Annabeth said

This is Poseidon's cabin, cabin three. He is the god of sea's. He only has one kid and that's Percy. She said happily.

Is Percy your boyfriend? Alex asked

...Yeah... she said.

This is Demeter's cabin, cabin four. She is the goddess of life and death. She said.

This is Ares's cabin, cabin five. He is the god of war. You don't want to be friends with them.

This is Athena's cabin, cabin six. This is my cabin. It's really nice in here. She said.

This is Apollo's cabin, cabin seven. He is the god of music. Annabeth said

Hmm... probably not for me. I said without hesitation.

This is Artemis's cabin, cabin eight. She is an immortal maiden but she has followers in her cabin often.

This is Hephaestus's cabin, cabin nine. He is the god of craftsman. They build nice stuff. She said.

That sounds ok. I said

This is Aphrodite's cabin, cabin ten. She is the goddess of makeup and beauty. I hate this cabin. She said

There was a strong sent of perfume in the air

I like it here. I said

This is Hermes's cabin, cabin eleven. This is where the kids who are unclaimed go.  Annabeth said
