"EVERYBODY UP!" A loud voice called. Our Cabin Leader, Lacey Holmes. My eyes fluttered open, my pillow covered in drool. I must've slept with my mouth open again. I turn my pillow over and lay back, staring at the bottom of my twin sister's bunk bed. I kick it, because everyone knows Indie is always the last one to get up.

"Lia......" Indie mumbled, probably tousling with her messy bedhair. I got out of bed and climbed up the ladder to her bunk.

"Indie. Come on." I said, shaking her vigorously. She groaned, but she sat up, rubbing her eyes. I climbed back down the ladder, preparing to get myself ready. As I walked towards the bathroom, I felt a sharp knuckle press into my scalp. I turned around, rolling my eyes at my older brother Connor.

"Mornin' squirt." He said, chuckling and giving me a one-armed hug.

"Morning to you too, loser." I said, giving him a noogie in the stomach. I got dressed as fast as I could and headed out to the porch of the Athena Cabin, where I could watch the camp come to life. The Apollo kids were up with the sun, literally, and a few guys were playing a game of basketball. Some Demeter or Dionysus kids were checking up on the strawberry fields. The screams of girls who'd lost their Dior handbag were audible across camp from Cabin Ten. Just a normal morning at camp. The door opened and I saw my younger half-sister Ashley come out of the cabin and sit down next to me, resting her head on my shoulder.

"Hey Lia." She said, smiling.

"Hey, Ash, what's up?" I asked, grinning back at her. I looked around the camp again, sighing happily.

"Oh, nothing much, the usual." She said. I smiled at her, nudging her shoulder.

"Are you sure that's it?" Ashley Sikia was my sister. Half sister, technically. I've known her since her first day at camp, when she was attacked by a hydra at her school. She cried for her first week at camp, and every night I'd read her stories until she fell asleep. After that, we just became super close. Like, closer than almost all of my other siblings. I felt really protective of her, since she had no family outside of camp. She sighed, chuckling a little.

"It's nothing, really." She said. A little smile found it's way onto her face, as well as a rosy blush.

"Ashley." I said, raising my eyebrows.

"Okay, fine. I might have a crush on someone." She said quickly. She buried her head in her hands, looking mortified.

"Oh my god, Ashley. Who is it?" I asked. I nudged her shoulder again, grinning mischievously.

"I bet it's that Tyler kid. Or- no wait, it's that Hephaestus kid you pushed into the lake last year. What was his name? Sammy?" I asked. Normally, I'm not this pushy, but when it comes to my siblings' love lives, I'm annoying as can be.

"His name is Seth, not Sammy." She said, rolling her eyes. "And it was an accident!" She exclaimed. It had been the annual Fourth of July picnic and we were celebrating by the lake, and Sammy, sorry, Seth, had stood on the dock to show everyone his mini flying dragon he'd created, and Ash had walked up to get a closer look that ended up with both of them in the lake. It was pretty funny.

I rolled my eyes at her, nudging her shoulder. "Yeah, sure. I can talk to him if you want." I said, dropping the 'pushy sister' act.

"Don't, and you can have first showers for a week." She said, groaning and putting her head in her hands.

"You know, that's not your decision. But okay, if you really want me to."
