A/N: So if your looking for Yamaguchi x Yachi, just give it a few chapters.

The quiet morning was like any other in the small cafe, Hinata and his boyfriend Kageyama sitting next to Yachi in their usual dreamily-lit window booth. The three of them all worked in a cute flower shop down the street so they would meet up to grab coffee before work. Yachi rested her head on her hand, spacing out into the window's pale light, until a pale, graceful girl emerged from the tattoo shop. Her long, silky black hair brushed just below her slender shoulders. Small pink glasses drew attention to her beautiful eyes. A loose grey tank top was draped over her lithe frame, small black shorts accentuating long, creamy legs. In short, she was breathtaking.

The slender girl opened the door to the coffee shop with a little ding of the bell above the glass door. Yachi’s eyes followed her as she gracefully walked up to the counter to order, attention fully consumed by the beautiful girl.

"Do you know her Yachi?" Hinata asked, tilting his head a bit in a questioning motion, then grinning as Yachi startled and her face turned a shade of red Hinata knew so well. "Oh! You like her!" He exclaimed, grin widening. Hinata was her best friend  and sometimes Yachi regretted how well he knew her.

"I- I do not!" Yachi squealed as she hid her face in her hands, almost knocking over her coffee. Kageyama looked at them both with confusion, steadying Yachi’s teetering coffee cup with a calm hand. "How can you tell all that just from her face?" He asked, usually disinterested demeanor giving way to mild confusion.

"Your so bad with people," Hinata said as he placed a little kiss on Kageyama's lightly blushing cheek. "Yachi has been looking at her since she left the tattoo shop. And on top of that, she turned into a pink mess when I proposed the idea of her liking her!" Hinata said with a kind smile to lighten the teasing tone, as Kageyama just nodded his head. "Di- did my face really get that pink?" she asked, embarrassed, opening her hands up a little bit so the boys could see her still quite pink face. Hinata smiled and let out a little giggle, covering his mouth to try not to laugh.

"Yeah," Kageyama stated cooly, as Yachi hid her face in her hands again, seemingly oblivious to her embarrassment "Well, we better head down to the shop before we are late for work." Hinata sighed at the unintentional mocking in Kageyama’s tone, and stood with him. Yachi let out a resentful sigh as she let her hands fall from her blushing face and down to her sides, getting up slowly.

The girl Yachi had just gotten worked up about grabbed her coffee and started towards the elegant glass door, just as the odd trio made their own way over. The strange and beautiful girl smiled kindly and held open the door, causing Yachi’s face to flush bright red once again. Yachi ducked her head down suddenly, in fear that the girl would see her burning cheeks. As she thanked the lithe girl, she couldn’t help but look up from the white sneakers she’d been so focused on to see her face. Her skin looked so soft, Yachi almost had to stop herself from reaching out and touching it. A small mole on the left side of her chin that Yachi hadn’t noticed before just made the girl’s elegant features more interesting.

My God she is beautiful, Yachi thought as she timidly managed to spit out a simple "Thanks" after a few attempts. The girl smiled at her again, and responded with the pure and clear voice of a goddess saying, "Any time." She turned and walked gracefully back to the tattoo shop, coffee in hand.

Yachi had to jog a little to catch up with Hinata and Kageyama as they walked down to the little flower shop, face still burning a vibrant shade of red. Once they got to the little shop, a grey haired male walked out from behind the counter and started at scold them. "You guys are ten minutes late! I know you guys go to that coffee shop every morning and I was about to go down there and see what the hold up was…." He let out a sigh and dropped his head “I was worried!”. As he walked over to the door to flip with sing from closed to open, he glanced at Yachi and smiled with amusement “Why are you blushing so much?”. Hinata and Kageyama exchanged a look as Yachi sent them a desperate glance not to tell Suga. "Sorry about that Suga, Yachi saw a cute girl so we had to stay." Kageyama stated, and Hinata facepalmed. Yachis face exploded into a red mess as she started waving her hands around "I-I-I did not! I just... I just saw her and she happened to be cute and-"

"Did you get her number?!" Suga exclaimed as he rushed over to Yachi and put his hands on her shoulders, suddenly intense. "Wha- what? No, I just thanked her for holding the door open..." She responded trailing off and tilting her head down a bit. Suga sighed sadly, shaking his head. “Yachi, you have to chase your dreams! Or, well, crushes as it might be, but that's not the point!”

Yachi just shrugged in shame and moved towards the counter to start her shift.
