I walked around my large ass tower of a house. It's a little lonely being the daughter of multi billionare Tony Stark, don't get me wrong it has it's ups but it's lonely as hell. I was walking to the kitchen when I heard dad talking in the room next to me. Me being the amazing child I am, went to sneak into the room and see who he was talking to. I quietly and slowly turned the door knob and cracked the door open. I peeked and saw Father talking with Spider-man. No way, I love Spider-man! After meeting him when he came over with the rest of Tony's team to discuss a battle strategy (obviously not father's idea) he's been my personal favorite.
"Hey!" I shouted pushing the door all the way open.
Father turned and faced me with a look while Spider-man jumped a little.
"Lily what are you doing in here?" Father asked folding his arms.
"Why can't I talk to Spider-man? Dad you know he's my favorite!" I protested.
"Cause this is important you can talk to him another time." Dad said rolling his eyes with a small smirk.
"Ugh fine. Peter's gonna be so jealous when I tell him I saw Spider-man today." I said walking out of the room.
I heard Spider-man chuckle a little as I closed the door behind me. I continued on to the pantry and pulled out my phone. I called Peter but he didn't answer. Ugh I'll just leave a voicemail.
"Hey loser why didn't you answer me? What could you be doing that's more important than me? Eh I don't really care anyway I saw Spider-man today, be jealous Parker. I know you are. Alright just thought I'd rub that in your face, I'll see you later. Oh you better call me back and I expect jealousy." I said grabbing pop-tarts from the pantry and sitting on the stool.
I put a pop-tart in my mouth and turned on the TV. I watched the news but it wasn't anything interesting so I ended up watching friends for 3 hours until Friday announced Peter had arrived. I bolted up from the couch and ran to the door to see Peter walk in.
"YOU'RE HERE! FINALLY I WAS SO BORED!" I shouted running and engulfing Peter into a hug.
He laughed and awkwardly hugged back but I'm used to his awkwardness so it didn't bother me.
"Did you get my voice mail?" I asked pulling away.
"Yes Lils I did." He said rolling his eyes.
"Be jealous Parker." I said with a smile.
He rolled his eyes again and I laughed and dragged him to the living room. I sat down on the couch and grabbed a controller.
"Mario Kart?" I asked handing him one.
"Sure." He shrugged grabbing the controller.
I started the game after choosing king boo and a motorcycle while Peter was Donkey Kong. I'm currently in first with Peter tailing me. I was literally about to cross the finish line to win the race when Peter passed me last second.
"WHAT!" I shouted looking wide eyed at the TV screen while Peter cheered.
"Hahaha I won." Peter announced proudly.
"You cheated." I accused pointing a finger at him.
"Just face it Lils after 4 months I finally beat you at Mario Kart." Peter said with a smirk.
I groaned and flopped onto the couch in defeat.
"Alright dinner time you two!" Dad announced.
I got up and walked into the kitchen with Peter following. I sat down next to Peter and dad sat across from us.
"You know you could wear something nicer." Dad said looking to me.
I'm currently wearing a sweater with joggers and fuzzy socks and my hair is all over the place.
"I only dress nice for hot guys." I said with a smile.
Dad rolled his eyes.
"But I'm a hot guy." Peter protested.
"But you're off limits." I said rolling my eyes with a smile.
"She speaks the truth." Dad said sternly.
I dug into my food which was spaghetti.
________
Peter left after Dinner leaving me alone again, it's currently 10:30pm so I decided to just get some sleep.
