Me and Mrs Dursley of number four privet drive were proud to say they were perfectly normal thank you very much
"That's nothing to be proud of" Ginny muttered sarcastically.
"Yeah" "Har" "How" " Did" " You" " Survive?" Fred and George said.
"I don't know" I muttered
They were the last people you'd expect to be involved in anything strange or mysterious because they just didn't hold with such nonsense. Mr Dursley was the director of a firm called Grunnings which made drills
"What are drills" questioned a pure blood Slytherin called Blaise
"Drills are a muggle piece of equipment used to make holes" Hermione stated
"Useless muggles, needing help to dig" snarled Draco
"Shut it you dick" George said
"Fred Weasley mind your language" Mrs Weasley shouted
"Actually Mrs Weasley that's George" I corrected, causing everyone, including George, to look at me shocked
"How did you know"Charlie asked in confusion
"It's easy really, George's eyes do this thing, where they sparkle, he has more freckles then Fred, plus his voices the slightest bit rougher" I responded
3rd pov
What harry didn't see was George smiling softly, with a spark in his eyes that only appears when he's talking to harry.
"Hmm hmm, if you would please be silent so we could carry on and stop wasting time" Umbitch said in a sickening tone of voice.
He was a big beefy man with hardly any neck, although he did have a very large moustache
"Sounds pleasant" Ron drawled
"I can set you up if you want" harry teased
"Bugger off mate"
"Awww but Ron you'd be so cute together" Hermione teased, causing all three to burst out laughing. People looked on, wondering if maybe the so called golden trio weren't that different after all.
Mrs Dursley was thin and blonde and had nearly twice the usual amount of neck, whack came in very handy as she spent so much of her time craning over garden fences, spying on the neighbours. The Dursley's had a small son called Dudley and in their opinion there was no finer boy anywhere
"Why not open your eyes then, anyone's better then ickley duddykins" harry mutters, causing those around him to look on with worried expressions.
The Dursley's has everything they wanted, but they also had a secret, and their greatest fear was that someone would discover it. They didn't think they could bare it if anyone found out about the potters.
Growls echoed around the room. Padfoot glared and barked at the book, Remus struggled to keep in control, his eyes flashing amber. Fred and George began to mutter prank ideas to each other, Bill and Charlie joining in.
"There's nothing wrong with the potters" Ron and Hermione growled.
Mrs potter was mrs Dursley's sister, but they hadn't met for several years; in fact, mrs Dursley pretended she didn't have a sister, because her sister and her good-for nothing husband were as undursleyish as it was possible.
"James was not good for nothing and lily was an amazing person, better then you could ever hope to be" Remus all but snarled, padfoot barking in agreement. Others, who new both wizards agreeing.
The Dursley's shuddered to think what the neighbours would say if they arrived on the street.
