BACKROUND CHAN 2.0

You were thinking about Aleda, always Aleda. You love him alot, he's been your crush for a very long time. Your thoughts were soon interuppted though. Aleda had found you training in your room and asked you to come with him to try out a serum Hanji had made, but he didn't tell you what it did. He knew what it would do, and he had some plans of what he was going to do with it. You walked with him down the hall to his office, he told Hanji to give him the concoction so he could give it to you himself. "Sit down, get comfortable. You won't be leaving for a while." He said emotionlessly, but deep down he was thinking something devious. You did as you were told, you wanted him to respect you but you didn't know why you were chosen when there could be much better people for this job than you. "S-sir if you don't mind me asking, why me? Plenty of soldiers are better than me..."
"Ah, my dear, many people are better than me, too. But I have my set of useful qualities as do you." He always made you feel better in a weird way, maybe this shouldn't be something you should be happy about, but you were. "You're very strong, and you have the perfect set of traits for this injection. Now, shall we begin?"
You were nervous, as you didn't know what it would do to you. But you trusted him, he would never hurt anyone. He's a scout because he wants to protect humans. You watched him get the vial ready, as he walked towards you, you saw him smile sweetly, it was adorable. "I promise, this is for your safety. You're the last person on this hellish planet I want to be hurt. It'll be weird at first but I only want to protect you." You were confused as all fuck, what did he mean? Before an answer could be thought of, he gently kissed your forehead and injected the needle into you. It hurt quite a bit but you didn't make any noise. You were shocked he kissed you. "Why did you do that?"
"Because I love you." Is all he said. He patted your head gently, and you wanted to get up and kiss him back, but you were suddenly dizzy, and you fell out of the chair. Aleda crouched beside you and cupped your face. "I'm sorry I did this to you, I just want you safe. And this is the only way."
You didn't know what he was saying, although you heard every word. You quickly fell into a deep sleep.

A while later, you woke up on something soft. You rubbed your sleepy eyes awake to look around, and saw something very strange. Everything around you was huge! Titan sized! But you didn't know that the only thing different was you. You were a whole, imtimidating 2 inches of terror. Maybe to an ant at least. You also noticed it wasn't your room, it was Aleda's. You saw him sitting at his desk doing paperwork.
What in the name of fucking shit is going on? You didn't move so he wouldn't hear you, but you wanted to ask what happened. You mustered up the courage to ask. "Aleda? Why am I so... tiny?"
He looked back at you, smiled sadly, and got up to sit next to you. "Well you see, honey, that injection was my idea... I wanted to protect you... so I asked Hanji to make something that would turn a human into your current size..."
"And she didn't ask questions?"
"I said it was for Titans."
"Yeah I guess that'll get Hanji to do anything. But did you think how this would help me? What good will this do?"
"You'll see soon. When he have to go back out, you'll know what I want."
You wanted to ask questions but decided to leave it at that, he's obviously going to keep this secret. Instead, you crawled onto his lap, looking into his calm silver eyes. They never showed worry, except when you were in danger. You were at a loss for words, and he didn't break the silence. You both were just relaxing until you had to go fight again. Which happened to be very soon.
"Everyone! This is urgent! Prepare for battle, the Titans have made their move!" Erwin screamed from the other side of the building. You were worried about Aleda, just how did he plan on protecting you and fighting the Titans? Well, you should be more worried about yourself. He looked down at you, gave you the same pained smile, and picked you up to his mouth. "I will protect you no matter the cost... I love you, so I have to do this." He opened his mouth, and slowly put you in it, closing gently behind you. You started screaming in terror. "WHAT?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! HOW WILL THIS PROTECT ME!?"
He didn't want you scared but he knew you'd calm down. He did the thing all humans were terrified of because of the Titans. He ate you. He really fucking ate you. "You're no different from a Titan! And you're a lying monster! You said you loved me and I'd be safe?! What's safe about this!"
He didn't answer, he just got ready for battle. You were safe from being his meal because the serum was specially designed to protect you from harmful liquids. In this case, acid. So he knew you'd be safe inside of him. He was hurt by your words though.
Once you were safely tucked into his stomach, you looked around, losing all the edge you felt before, accepting your death. Death by the one I love isn't so bad... it's better than being touched by the Titans... you were quietly crying, but just loud enough he heard you.
"Don't cry. I promise you won't die or be hurt. I can't explain now, just trust me. Can you do that?"
"...no. How can I trust you?"
"Then don't believe in me, just wait for a while. I have to get ready to go, don't distract me. I love you."
All you did was brush the tears from your face and poke him curiously. Eh? He's squishy?????????? That's strangely adorable? But how could you forgive him for giving you the same horrible fate as Titans would? You were lost in thought as he ran out into battle.
Wait... if something was going to happen to me, wouldn't it be happening already? Why aren't I dying? You moved around, curious as to how this is happening, but you decided to trust Aleda, he didn't lie to you.
Aleda joined his group in battle and successfully killed a Titan, and saved a few people from death.
"Hoi! Where the hell is (Y/N)?!" Erwin screamed at Aleda.
"She's injured badly, and at the base attempting to recover." He lied through his teeth. But he was a good liar so Erwin wasn't suspicious. He just grunted and ran off.
You wanted to lower Aleda's stress levels so you attempted to nuzzle his stomach, and he noticed, blushing and feeling slightly better. He could fight better not having to worry about you. That improved his escape rate, too. The battle had just begun though. Humanity was in the Scout's hands, and they couldn't fail. You couldn't do anything now except cuddle him though. But the injection made you sleepy, you passed out almost instantly.

A few hours later you woke up next to Aleda, not full sized though. He was asleep, exhausted from battle. Awwww he's adorable when he's sleeping! You crawled to him and nuzzled into his abs. He stirred slightly and woke up to see you. He smiled a big dorky smile and patted your head. "So... what did you think of that?"
"It was absolutely terrifying. You should have told me what was going on!"
"Sorry... I just didn't want to scare you..."
"But I was scared!"
"It's over now. I told you to trust me. I didn't lie to you."
"Come to the dining hall, dinner is ready." Erwin yelled to all of the scouts.
"Ah... finally..." he picked you up and went to the hall, putting you in his pocket.
You didn't want to be found out so you went with it.
"Dancho, she couldn't make it to dinner, she can hardly move, may I take some food back to her?"
Erwin sighed and just nodded.

The nigt came to an end and everyone went to bed, and you were secretly with Aleda, cuddling up to him, happy with your protector right beside you. You wish this would last forever.
