Ponyboy Imagine For Diana

"Diana! I'm headin' to the Curtis house. You wanna come?" Asked my brother Steve.

"YES!" I shouted.

"Geez okay then..." Steve laughed.

"Oh! I mean, uh, sure!" I backtracked.

I had a huge crush on Ponyboy and I didn't want anyone to know. Especially Steve because he would tell the whole world. The only person that knows is Two-Bit and that's because he's my best friend. And he knows I'd probably beat the tar out of him if he told. But mostly because he's my best friend.

Anyways, Steve and I walked to the Curtis house.

"Hey guys!" Called out Soda. "You're just in time for dinner!"

"Hey!" Steve and I said. Steve took a seat next to Soda, and I sat between Two-Bit and Pony. It took a lot not to die. I felt Two-Bit nudge me. I looked at him. He cocked an eyebrow, looking at me, then Pony, then me again. I shook my head. There was no way I was gonna tell Pony I liked him right then. Dally's voice cut into my thoughts.

"So, I was thinkin' about a game of truth or dare." He said.

"Sounds fun!" Said Pony. "What do you think, Diana?"

"Yeah! I'd like that!" Everyone else murmured in agreement.

After we all did the dishes, we sat in the living room.

"I'll go first. Steve, truth or dare?" Said Dally.

"Dare!"

Leave it to my brother to pick a dare from Dally.

"I dare you to rob that store down the street."

"New rule! Nothing that'll get us arrested!" Interrupted Darry.

"Oh okay. Dammit! Let me think of a new one. Hmmm....I dare you to uh, slash that Soc's mustang's tires."

"I'll do it, but you're dead if I'm caught."

Steve went out and slashed the tires with no problem.

"Okay," Steve thought, "Soda! Truth or dare?"

"Truth!"

"Do you still love Sandy?"

"STEVE!" I shouted.

"What?!"

"That's pretty low. Even for you!"

"No it's fine!" Said Soda. "I guess that I don't love her, but she'll always have a place in my heart."

"Wow. Romantic much?" Smirked Dally. Soda hit him.

"Hmmm...Diana. Truth or dare?" He asked.

"Truth."

"Who do you like?"

Damn! I should've know that question was gonna happen. I looked at Two-Bit. He shrugged.

"Ooh! Two-Bit?" Soda asked.

"Hahahaha no. He's my best friend not my boyfriend."

"Then who is it?" Soda pushed.

I turned red.

"Yeah I wanna know!" Cried Steve.

"Come on!!!" Yelled Dally.

"It's um..." My voice got quieter.

"Guys leave her alone."

I looked up. It was Pony.

"Come on. She's embarrassed. Leave her alone."

"Ooh! Do you like Diana?" Asked Two-Bit.

"Two-Bit," I warned.

"Are you guys boyfriend and girlfriend?" Asked Dally.

"Lovers?" Laughed Johnny.

Pony's ears were turning red. So was I.

"Going steady?" Asked Soda.

"ENOUGH!" I cried.

"SHUT UP!" Pony yelled.

"Fine! I like Pony!" I admitted.

"And I like Diana!" Pony cried.

It got silent. We both looked at each other.

Really?" I asked.

"I guess so haha!" Laughed Pony.

"Did anyone know 'bout this?" Asked Darry.

"Um," Two-Bit looked at me. I nodded. "I knew about Diana liking Pony.

"And I knew about Pony liking Diana." Added Soda.

Pony looked at Darry. He nodded.

"Diana, I've liked you for a while now. I love the way your brown eyes sparkle when you're excited. And how soft your brown hair is. You're caring and smart, and you're just amazing! Will you be my girl?"

"Aww thanks Pony! I've liked you for a while too. And yes! Of course I'll be your girl!"

The rest of the gang cheered.

"Lets continue on with the game!" I said. "Two, truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"Chug that beer can."

"Challenge accepted!!" He did it in no time.

"My turn! Pony. Truth or dare?"

"Dare."

Two-Bit looked at me and smiled. "Kiss Diana."

Pony looked at me. I smiled and nodded. And we kissed. I felt the fireworks go off as our lips touched.

"Diana," Steve said as we pulled apart, "we should get goin'. Our old man will be pissed otherwise."

"Okay. See you guys tomorrow?"

"Yeah!" They said.

"Okay! See ya Two. Bye Pony."

"Bye Diana!" They both yelled.

"Well, that was a crazy night." Laughed Steve as we walked home.

"Yeah," I replied, "crazy, but amazing."
