"Well I mean you couldn't even look me in the eye, plus you two both ran off with a new crowd." Finley justified

Jude frowned, "So this was really for attention."

"If you wanna put it that way." Finley shrugged

I groaned as I leaned back on the couch, "You're such a bitch."

"How, Everett?" She asked me

I shot up, "You always want to point fingers at people and be like 'It's Grier's fault, it's Aria's fault, it's Jude's fault', no Finley, it's your own fucking fault. You're the one who decided to go off and talk shit behind our backs and it's not our fault that we moved on to people who are genuinely good for us. In reality, you should have talked to us like the eighteen-year-old adult that you are and say that you feel replaced and shit."

"You're just another one of those stars who become famous and starts acting like a douche." Finley houghed

Jude stood up, "Ev, you were right, nothing is going to change and it's not worth losing time over. Finley, get out."

"I can't believe I was friends with your morons." Finley ended as she stood up

I could hear the front door open and close.

"That was a waste, I can't believe she used to be our friend." Jude groaned

"Yeah, me either. You live and you learn." I said

Jude looked at his apple watch, "You might wanna start driving to the airport, I'll ride with you."

"Yeah, you're right." I said standing up

Jude and I stopped by Target first so I could get Grier flowers and her favorite candy, and so Jude could get snacks.

"I'm so ready for our senior trip." I spoke as we waited in my Jeep

Our senior trip was to Destin, Florida with Grier, Jude, Aria, Paisley, Chris, and I. We were staying for five days, six teenagers by themselves

"Same, it's gonna be so much fun. Who's driving?" Jude asked me

I shrugged, "Last I heard, we're all supposed to drive an hour and some minutes each or something like that."

"Works for me." Jude decided as he ate his chips

"Dude, if you would've told me in freshman year that life would be like this, I wouldn't believe you." Jude thought

I turned my head to him, "What do you mean?"

"Like Everett, you're dating Grier Johnson, the most popular girl at our school. Who would have thought? And now you're getting famous, three people stopped us in Target to get a picture with you. We're gonna be roomies in LA, we both have beautiful girlfriends, life is just good. Is that not insane?" Jude explained

I nodded, "Well when you put it like that, I agree."

I heard a crowd of screaming people to my right, which made me turn your head.

"I think that's Grier." I said opening the door

I could somehow see Grier with her head down as a huge group of people tried to take pictures of her. How'd they know her flight? Who knows.

"Baby!" I heard a familiar voice say

I smiled as I saw her.

"Hey, stranger." I joked as I hugged her

The crowd began to say 'aww' or scream.

"I missed you." I whispered in her ear

"Missed you more." She whispered back
