My name is Emily Carson. I am 20 years old. My mom works as a realtor and helps sell houses. My dad works at a bank, so we are pretty well known. I live on my own in an apartment, which of course, Is the same apartment that my long time crush lives in. His name? Jonah Marais. He is such an amazing person, he helped me all through high school. But, one problem. Our parents. They have been fighting since me and Jonah were 9. Why? We don't know exactly, but I know that my parents will NEVER allow me to date Jonah. They don't even know I like him, if they found out, they would flip their lids! I'm telling you, it's that bad. Jonah doesn't know how I feel, either. I hope it stays that way for right now, i will tell him when I'm ready, so probably never...ugh, what am I gonna do? He is just so cute, and amazing. I just want to keep myself calm and settle for now. But I will tell him. That's a promise. I can't just have him clueless forever. He deserves to know how I feel. He lives across the hall from me...should I tell him today? Tomorrow? NEXT WEEK? I don't know! I need to figure something out.. And fast. I don't know how much longer I can wait to tell him.
