Prologue

"Jace "VoidFall" Reeves." My principal called.

Some people snickered, those people were my friends. I walked up to receive my diploma. After five years of hell. I finally made it out.

I turned around and heard. "YEAH VOIDFALL!" I smiled back at them as I walked down the stairs holding my diploma like you would see soldiers holding their swords in those old movies.

I sat through the rest of Graduation. It had seem to go on FOREVER. I thought we had been in that hot room for ever. Then the last person went up, we all clapped, then the principal came up and gave his speech. I didn't really pay attention because I just wanted to get out. We all stood and filed out. 

"Hey Jace! Wait up for us! We all are going to the burger joint nearby, wanna come?" My friend Ace asked.

"Sure, Ill be there, soon, just need to say bye to the family, they all came out." I laughed.

"Ok, meet ya there Jace!" Ace smiled walking away.

I said good bye to my family quickly. I explained to them that I was having an after party with some of my good friends to talk about how school was and how fast it came by.

I got to my car, turned it on and put my favorite station on. I then pulled out of the school parking lot and heading towards the highway.

I turned onto Highway 66 and rode down it for not that long. About not even 15 minutes on the road, a truck came head on. I blacked out somehow, I don't know how long till I came too, but I woke up in an ambulance about to go blank again, then I did. That's all I remember...
