Freya Mikaelson was sitting in a study in the compound, writing a letter.

Freya: (voiceover) "My dear Rebekah, I hope this finds you well. I write to offer an update and to ask your advice."

Klaus and Elijah Mikaelson were sitting at opposite ends of the dining table, neither of them saying a word.

Marcel nodded to Elijah, who stepped into the ring while the other men step out.

Freya: (voiceover) "I believe it helps him work through his anger. And he has much anger."

Marcel and Elijah walked around in a circle before Elijah jumped up to punch Marcel.

Freya was now sitting on a sofa with Hope, who was crying.

Freya: (voiceover) "While Hope continues to flourish, it is clear that she misses her mother."

Klaus walked closer and picked up Hope.

It was nighttime in the Bayou.

Freya: (voiceover) "Despite my best efforts, I've yet to find a means to undo the spell placed on her and the Crescent wolves. And Nina herself continues to struggle."

Nina Chase walked closer to Elijah and smiled as she held Hope.
