The Rise of Starlights

Prologue

"Daddy daddy! Tell me about magic again pleeeaaassseee?!"
The older man chuckles and pats Naomi's head. "So eager again are you Naomi. Well This story then bed time ok?" She nodded her head quickly and sat down on her bed
"Well Long long ago back before castles and knights when magic flowed othrough everyone's veins. Dargken sought complete control of the world. He sought to slave all of humanity to his whim. He started collecting more and more magic from people and places"
"And then what happened daddy?"
The older man chuckled "you really are to eager to hear this story again maybe I should stop..."
"Nooooooo!" She screams at him and begs
"Alright alright. Dargken gained so much power he was unstoppable. Anyone and anything in his way was destroyed by his magic. His goal was in sight. The last bit of resistance had a plan to stop him but at the cost of all magic in the world. They had to travel to the ends of the earth to find the altar but Dargken was waiting for them there. There was an epic battle of magic of the four strongest mages in the lands against Dargken but they were no match for him. One by one they fell but in the end the last one sacrificed himself to seal away all magic into the alter leaving Dargken powerless. The world then went into chaos for years ,But eventually peace reigned between nations just like now there has been peace for about a hundred years."
Naomi giggled and smiled as well as Hannah,Kyle ,and Joseph have heard this tale. It has been a legend for years. The truth is that the last mage split magic into all the alters for when humanity needed them. The only problem is you needed to have to soul of a magician inside to unlock the altars. Humanity has not needed magic for a long time. Though what will happen when the world suddenly has magic again? What will they do? How will they react?
