Chapter 3- Snapchat

Start from the beginning

"Clarissa, I know you're lying to me. You're hair is messed up and you don't even take art anymore."

I said looking at her with my eyebrow raised.

Clarissa sighed looking at me.

"Fine, you caught me...I actually had sex with Michael."

She said smiling scratching the back of her neck.

Michael Clark
A player for our Varsity Soccer team,
and Clarissa's crush since 5th grade.
They've talked and have hung out a little bit, but neither of them could see that they both liked each other.
He has dark brown hair and hazel eyes.
He's 5'9, kind of on the shorter side, but still tall enough for Clarissa.

"Oh my god! Clarissa! I'm so happy for you!"

I squealed, although I wasn't expecting them to have sex before they even tried to start a relationship; however, I didn't know that much about their love life if anything was going on. He's the one thing Clarissa kind of keeps secret from me as she doesn't want a boyfriend to come between us and tear us apart.
Which Ash did, and once we broke up, Clarissa and I promised each other not to let a boy get between us again.

Michael and I are pretty close as well though, and he's very kind and understanding. So if anything was going on between them, I'm not worried about him coming between us.

"I'm glad you're happy...because I've kind of been keeping something from you. I know I should've told you this sooner, but I thought you would be upset about him getting in between us. Michael and I have...been dating for 2 months now, 3 months next Friday."

She explains to me hesitantly looking at the ground as she fidgets in her spot.

"Clarissa, oh my god, that's amazing! I'm so happy for you!"

I practically yelled smiling hugging her again.

Clarissa sighs in relief looking up at me smiling hugging me back.

"Thank god, I thought you were going to be pissed at me."

Clarissa mumbles under her breath.

"In not mad at all. Michaels a good guy, and I know he'll be respectful of our friendship."

I said pulling away smiling glancing over seeing Michael trying to hide behind a group of people watching us. I shake my head laughing waving at him.
