Until we meet again

He chuckled while he let his fingertip slide over the beautiful back from them. An unexpected event which leads them to that point... Usually, the demon lord would be aware what occurs to him. But this event was something, which he never expected could happen. Life was really full of surprises... The man sat up on the bed while watching the beautiful sleeping face of them. >>You really are something...<< Shuns humming in amusement. The temptation was to alluring, though he as a pure being was forbidden to do so. It was them, which caused him to do so. One of the seven sins lust and greet. It sickens him to watch them to spend their time with someone else and not with him. It was hard to define what sort of emotions he felt towards them. Surely... At their first meeting, he didn't hold much of them. A human... a lowlife... Which lives would be taken by him one day. That's it... Though Kai teaches him, that a human life needs to be protected and loved, the white-haired had a hard time to do so. Every single soul he led to the abyss and any kind of life form he met before... Didn't mean anything to him. He lives his life comfortable... Formless... Empty. He could remember the word from Kai as he introduced that reckless child to him.

Kai was one of the few he trusted, so he did his job as he was told to. With the goal to get the recognition from the Origin someday. In all the years, the pure angel developed his own character. A very complicated trait, which hidden deep down inside. Shun was rather kind neither evil... Similiar to the origin he was colorless only... Empty. Days, weeks, months until years passed while the angel watched over the child. Growing up with their twin... Until they reach the age of eleven it suddenly starts to see him. Out of the blue... And starts to approach him with their naivety and curiosity. He was pissed at first and snapped every time when they questioned him. But the smile which drives him insane suddenly becomes precious from time to time. The presence of them become familiar though he despised it so much. The Emptiness which vail in him suddenly wavers... The daily talks between them turn to routines, which he really enjoys. The brown deep eyes and the way how they express their feelings... Suddenly those small gestures were important to him. >> I want to protect you until the end. << He never felt this way before. Though their human body was so fragile, why do they mean so much to him? Though he was used to seeing them undressed suddenly he gets embarrassed while they getting older. It was so sudden and it just took a glimpse where the angel lost control and getting overwhelmed by lust. It started first with a kiss which took their breath, then a touch where the white hair caresses their body by instinct. It felt like a dream, while their bodies moving against each other. While the heat seemed to let him forget, what he was. Just at that moment, this person means the world to him, though he knew what their destination was. Words unspoken because he couldn't identify them. It was something that he makes sure to treasure it... >> I love you Shun. << They chuckled while stroking his cheek. He just smiled at them and let his hand rest on theirs. The warmth... Of a human. Maybe it was exactly this, what Kai meant to love and protect the human life.
Softly his lips touch the forehead of them, the body slowly getting cold while the breath slows down until it stops. >> Goodnight Ankh... Until we meet again. << He whispers while stroking the dark hair of them from their face.

>> You changed. << Kai notice, while they sitting under a tree. Years had passed since he led their soul to the Abyss to let them rest from their life. Shun could only smile by the words of his elderly. >>I guess... A lot just happened. And Humans are maybe not so boring as I thought. << Shun explained, while he looked up to the taller one. Kai nodded and patting on the head of the younger one. >> I am glad to hear that. Shun now it is your turn to lead a freshman to the right way. << Kai smiled proudly at the white-haired and hugged him. Shun also hugged Kai back, who was his mentor til now and assured the blue-eyed, that he is more than thankful to have him by his side and watched over him.
The long corridor leads to meeting hall where all of the demons and angels gathered. The eyes of the freshman, who nervously stares at the ground while Shun stepped towards them. >>Show me your face and tell me your name. << The white-haired said in a soft tone. The freshman did what the angel told. The deep brown eyes and the dark hair... His eyes widen by surprise as their eyes meeting again. >> I am glad to be in your care and to be named by you. << They said with the familiar smile he thought to never be able to see it ever again. A short moment he hesitated, debating if it would be the right thing to do. But he couldn't hide the happiness and returned their smile with the same gesture: >>Welcome home... From now on your name shall be Ankh. <<
