    →Your book must be published, before or right after you receive the graphic/s.
    →You must complete the form correctly, you may skip the optional parts though.
    →You must not undo the payments, even if you stop using the graphic/s.
    →You must use the graphic/s you requested for a minimum of two weeks, only one re-do is accepted.
    →Put your form in one whole comment in-line.
    →Shop-hopping is strictly not allowed.
    →Requests for mature covers are prohibited.
