Act 1, Scene 4

Narrator: The campers are all sat in Caitlyn's room, sharing some last minute thoughts before possibly dying.
*

CONNOR: *crying* Back home in Essex, where the reem kids are, there was this peng girl named Charley. I loved her big time. Now she'll never love me because I'm gonna die!
ELLA: Maybe she could learn to love a dead guy.
CAITLYN: Oh Connor. Don't be sad; she probably would never have loved you anyway.
CONNOR: That's true.
TESS: *pacing back and forth* I can't believe you guys are perfectly fine with the fact that we could die.
CONNOR: *crying* Have you not heard?! I'm in agony! *starts crying to Caitlyn*
CAITLYN: It's okay. *pats his head*
CONNOR: *between tears* And I can't even love Natasha because she's burnt!
ELLA: Wasn't she burnt before?
CONNOR: *stops crying* True but still.
*Suddenly, some fire blows everyone out of the room*
CONNOR: *Screams* Is this what death feels like?
CAITLYN: Unfortunately not! We're just getting blown out of the room, which usually would kill us but apparently not in this completely realistic story!
CONNOR: Swag!
*The campers all land on the grass, apart from Connor, who gets stuck in a tree*
ELLA: What just happened?
NATE: We got blown out of Caitlyn's room by some fire.
ELLA: Was there a dragon?!
JASON: No. Mitchie blew us out of the room to try and kill us.
TESS: Didn't work.
CONNOR: *sarcastically, from the tree* Thank you for pointing out the obvious, Tess.
CAITLYN: Let's get back.. *realises that her room has been burnt down* Uh, well.. Let's go to Connor's.
NATE: Sounds good.
JASON: Meet you all there in 5!
*Everyone starts to walk away, apart from Connor, who is stuck in a tree*
CONNOR: Guys! Guys! I'm here! I'm stuck! ..Guys?
*Connor cries for a second. Suddenly, his phone rings. It's Charley. He answers it. She asks how camp is going*
CONNOR: It's terrible. We're all dying! Natasha's gone, and there's only a handful of us left... *thinks* If it's okay, can I share something with you?
*Music to Introducing Me starts*

CONNOR:
I'm good at wasting time.
I'm not very good at da rhyme.

I eat food.
By that I mean, all the food.
And sometimes I will dine with ol' Natasha.
Even though that's only in my dreams
