i'm unable to fathom,
the differences between then versus now,
the way loving and understanding transformed into loathing and annoyance,
the way cherishing was replaced with aggression,
Although i understand why everything changed,
I hate the way it worked out,
all because of a change of scenery,
what i unknowingly built came crashing down,
Nothing will be the same.
