FE: Fates Revalation AU

"This way!" Ryoma says and holds out his hand.

"B-Big Sister?" Sakura stuttered as she, Takumi, and Hinoka run up to my right side.

"She's my sister!" Elise cries as she, Leo, and Camila run up to my left.

"We're your family." Xander says upon his horse, he held out his hand.

I looked back and forth between my two families, thoughts ran through my brain like wildfire. I knew that if I chose one side, the other will most likely die. I did not want that.

My breath quickened at the thought, my heart grew heavy and my chest felt tight. Was I having a panic attack? I never have gotten any panic attacks before, why now?

My two eldest brothers were both yelling at me, "Corrin! Join us!" Xander cries. He rides his horse closer to my side. Out of the corner of my eye, I see him slowly reach for my shoulder.

I stare blankly to the ground, my mouth hung slightly open as I panted slightly.

"Don't you dare touch her, you Nohrian welp!" Ryoma shouts as he quickly walks closer to my other side.

I scrunch my eyes shut. This is all too much, I couldn't decide.

"Corrin?" I hear Camila say softly, she walks up to me slowly.

"Get away from her." I hear Hinoka growl as she walked up.

With my loud thoughts running through my head, Xander and Ryoma shouting, and the heavy silence between my siblings, pleading for me to join their side, I broke.

Tears fell from my eyes as I cried, "NO!"

I backed away from them and whispered, "I- I'm so sorry." Before turning tail and running.

Tears blurred my vision as I ran, I can hear Azura shout my name as I ran past her.

I ran and ran and ran, not aware as to where I was going. I just knew I had to get out of there. Over the blood pounding in my ears and my feet beating the ground, I can hear my name being called by someone chasing me.

Eventually the person caught up to me and grasped my bicep and pulled, hard. This caused my to slide and fall sideways and dig my heels into the ground. I gasped for breath as I looked to see who stopped me.

It was Azura, she was also breathing heavily and was on her knees. She gripped my arm still as I said, "Leave me alone, Azura!"

She chuckles softly, "You should thank me, otherwise you would've fallen into the Bottomless Canyon."

As I sharply intake my breath, I look around to confirm it.

"It's actually good we are here, because right after you ran, Ryoma and Xander both proclaimed you a traitor."

My eyes widened at the fact.

"Wh-what!? Why would they do that?"

She shakes her head, " I am not sure but we need to go. Follow me."

She gets up and heads over to the edge of the Canyon.

"Uh, Azura? Are you trying to end up like Gunter?" I ask as I follow.

"You just got to trust me, Corrin, just this once. We'll be safe down there." She smiles softly. She grabs my hand and raises a foot over the void.

I squeeze her hand before do the same, "I swear to the gods if this kills us, I'll personally hunt you down in the afterlife and kill you again."

She chuckles at my empty threat, "We'll be fine, you'll see."

Then she leans forward and drags me along with her.

As we fall, I considered turning into a dragon and grabbing Azura. So we can land safely.

But before I could, a bright white light fills my vison before going dark.
