We are told stories as children of God's with great and terrible power, ruling over the world we live on. However, these deities will often walk on the earth, and create children with mortals. Some of these "Demigod's" are told throughout the ages, such as the great Hercules.
While these beings hold the blood of the Gods in them, they still hold mortal blood in them. As with any mortal, they will need guidance in the world, especially with a very special parent
And so, Camp Half-Blood was created to ensure the safety and education of the Demigod children of the world.
One of these special children, was a boy named Hector.

Hector was born on a stormy night, his dark amber eyes covered from tears. His dark hair, brushed away from an exhausted mother. His father, no where to be found...
Growing up, his mother never spoke of his farther, not what he looked like nor how they met, however she never felt bad about him not being around. His mother taught him to care for others and to help people when needed, and he did, growing up into a kind young man.

On his 18th birthday, his mother say him down at the table
"Hector..." She called up to his room. A few shuffles are heard before a response: "Just coming!" .
Sector ran down, his hair short and wild. A baggy t-shirt and shorts covering his lean, muscular body. He towers over his mother, however still resonates the presence of a small child.
His mother sits at the table, Hector sitting opposite her.
"Its time I told you... About your father..."

A shiver runs down his spine. Why does she want to talk about him now? Thoughts run through his head.
"W...Why now?" He asks, staring at her.
" I... I never thought the time was right ... But now I think your old enough to know... " she sighs heavily "You father was... Not... Normal".
Hector was a confused, not normal? That's quite vague.
" Um...you mean... What exactly? ".
She sighs again. "Your father... Was a God"
Hector sits there for a moment, trying to process what he heard.
He feels his mother's head. "Are you ok mom? Have you been working late again??"
" I'm serious" she states at him, her eyes burning into him. Hector was shaken a little, his mother was always a joking, fun loving person. To see her like this was something out of the ordinary.
She passes him a small box.
"This was for your 18th, by your dad.."
Hector takes it hesitantly, slowly opening to see a amber watch.
"A...a watch? That's...cool I guess"
He slips it on his arm and adjusts the time to the current one. As he does, he noticed a small extra button on the side.
"What's this for?"
His mother steps back.
Hector looks confused, but shrugs it off and presses the button.

Suddenly, a bronze shield folds onto his wrist. Hector collapses under the new weight added to his wrist. He throws it off and jumps away from it.
"WHAT THE FUCK!?" . He states at the shield then at his mother, as if to check she could see it too.
She slowly raised her head and looks into his eyes.

"Let me tell you... How I met your father" .
