He just smiled at me, "Stop it na Babe, saglit lang tong pagpicture natin." So I obliged and tried my best to smile.

He thanked the one who took our photos while me, I looked for a good spot of the entire Coron town. I started taking photos of the scenery. Naramdaman ko naman na tumabi na sya sa akin ang started taking his shots, too.

"Babe, I'm sorry about earlier. Natuwa lang ako."

I just rolled my eyes at him. "Sorry your face," I lightly pushed him.

"Please," nagpuppy eye pa sya. My gosh Thirdy, kalaki laki mong tao gumaganyan ka.

"Ikaw naman kasi, feel na feel mo, may pagbuhat pang nalalaman."  I wasn't able to suppressed my smile.

"Sorry," he smiled showing all his teeth. "Come on Babe," he held my hand.

"Where are we goin?" I asked him but he didn't answer. San kaya ako dadalhin ng lalaking to, wag po bata pa po ako.

Nandito kami ngayon sa damuhang bahagi sa tuktok ng bundok, "Anong ginagawa natin dito?" He just smiled at me and sitted. He asked me to do the same.

"I just want you to witness the beautiful sunset of Coron," I looked at where his hand was pointing.

I was teary eyed when I saw the sky painted with yellow and orange. "The sunset never fails to amaze me, ang ganda." Then I heard clicks from the camera.

I saw him panicked and put down the camera, he knelt infront of me and wiped my tears. Hindi ko namalayan ang pagluha ko. "Babe, w—what's wrong. I'm sorry, I t—thought you would love watching sunset."

I shook my head and smiled at him. "You don't have to say sorry," I paused for a second, "Believe me, I really love it." Then I kissed his cheek.

We looked at each others eyes then slowly, our faces were getting closer and closer. It seems like the world stopped, just us staring at each other with sunset as our witness. Any wrong move, our lips will meet.

But we were taken aback from the reality, pinagdikit nya ang aming mga noo, and I can see tears in his eyes too. "I'm sorry," he said and placed both of his hands on my cheeks. "If I am too fast." He said on a very sincere voice. I just closed my eyes and nodded. Buti na lang hindi natuloy, he is a gentleman indeed. We stayed that way for a few seconds.

He slowly removed his hands from my face, unti unti din naghiwalay ang noo naming dalawa. He sitted beside me and put his arm around my waist, I comfortably rested my head on his shoulder. And we both witnessed how the sun touches the ocean.

"With every sunset, a new hope is born," he said while looking at me.

"an old expectation dies." I continued. "Noor Unnahar." And we both giggled.

"So you love poetry, too." I just nodded at him as answer.

We were both silent going down the mountain, but it was a comfortable one, hand in hand until we reached Kuya Mike's tricycle. "Mukhang nag enjoy po kayo sa taas." We just nodded and got inside the vehicle. "Para sa huling stop po natin sa City tour na ito, pupunta po tayo sa hotspring."
