We all remember how Pan's reign ended in Storybrooke. His failed attempt at making a new Never Land, sacrificing his closest friend, Felix, to achieve his goal. Luckily our hero's stopped him, but they didn't lock him away. Oh no, Mr. Gold took away his magic and made Pan powerless. He was nothing more than a boy now, or so many thought.
The other lost boys adjusted to Storybrooke as their new home and were adopted into families since Pan wasn't a suitable contender, with his history and all.
Peter Pan though as we know never fails.
"Henry come down for breakfast." Tiny footfalls could be heard making their way to the first floor of the apartment where Emma Swan has just finished laying out a plate with eggs and bacon present. The smells waft through the early morning air as birds chirp outside. Henry pulls himself up onto a stool with the famous story book in tow taking the counter space next to him.
"Morning mom." The little brunette chimed as he picked up a fork and started to shovel down breakfast. Emma smiled at her son still being tired as she wasn't a morning person and sat beside Henry drinking her coffee the newspaper open in front of her. As both sat in silence comforted by each other's presence the fated story book flipped open and smacked its cover against the counter causing Henry to fall out of his chair with a fright. A blinding glow covered the pages of the book towards the back that hadn't been written on yet. Henry stared in awe as his mother quickly pulled him off the ground and towards the apartments white rustic door.
"Henry go get Regina!" Emma then shoves her son out the door and closes it immediately. After hearing the panic in his mother's voice Henry quickly makes his way up the street to the mayors home where Regina, the evil queen, resided. Upon entry into the evil queens abode, Regina was already making her way out the door since she had sensed the deep magic that had just made itself known to Storybrooke. Whatever had been welcomed into their little town was powerful, and with power usually meant danger. Returning to the apartment was quick work for the adoptive mother and son. As they raced up the stairs to Henry's apartment all was silent except for a small voice and Emma Swan communicating on the other side of the door.
"Mom I brought mom! Are you okay?!" Henry busted into the apartment after Regina unleashed her fury on the old white door in the form of a purple orb.
"Henry I'm okay. " As Henry ran to his mother Regina stepped through the door way and descended upon the form that sat across from Emma at the counter.
"Who are you?" the evil queen's eyes blinked several times trying to recognize who this stranger was that had threatened her adoptive son and his birth mother. Hair the color of the earth drifted in gentle waves down the strangers face as deep blue eyes that moved like waterfalls pouring through them watched Regina. On the strangers face lay a kind smile, not something Regina was used to.
"Hello my name is Ever. "

Not to far away Pan rested in a tree after causing mischief at his son's shop, not that he acknowledged Rumpelstiltskin (Mr. Gold) as his son. To Pan, Rumple was old and crabby, nothing like himself who was as wild and reckless as the strong wind that knocked him from his tree in that moment. After mumbling some choiceful curse words Pan rubbed his head and looked in the direction of the wind. He may be without his magic but that didn't mean he didn't know when magic was present. It seemed a lot of power had just entered Storybrooke. He looked at the clock on top of the library and noticed time had frozen. The wind picked up again and the scent of Never Land flowers clouded his senses. Despite many thinking the great Pan was without feelings he did in fact feel, and what he felt presently was a mourning for his home. Curiosity over coming his heart break led him to the apartments where he knew his grandson Henry resides with his meddling mother who helped destroy his home a few months earlier. Anger welled inside his heart at the thought that these people who took everything from him were happy. With his hands in fists Pan about faced and walked down the street looking to cause more mischief, but what Pan didn't realize was that the magic he felt was once as familiar as an old friend.
