I put the hood of my sweatshirt over my head and pulled the strings, laying my head down on the desk in front of me. I don't want to listen to this nonsense I won't use in the future. I moved my head to look out the window, seeing people eating lunch while sitting on tables, or seeing people flirt or gossip with each other.

"Mrs. Williams am I boring you?" I looked up to find my teacher, Mrs. Martain looking at me.

"No ma'am." I said pulling my hood down. "I'm sorry." She turned around and continued teaching Polynomials and Trinomials. I pulled my sweatshirt completely off, and brushed out my long blonde hair and fixed my glasses after they got messed up.

"Psst Abby!" I hear to my right. It was Lejla smiling and waving to me from across the room. I smiled back at her and pulled out my math notebook to finish the notes I hadn't taken. I sighed, I really didn't want to be here.

Once the bell rang I stood up and walked out of that class quickly. Bumping into the idiots in the hallway I hear Mya and Brooke call out my name. I turn around to them smiling.

"Lets go to 5th hour together." Brooke smiled and I nodded, heading to english class. Her and Mya were awfully close, if you catch my drift. Our teacher, Mrs. Shoemaker was holding the door open smiling, as we walked in. I rolled my eyes as I sat down next to Mya when I saw people in my class who annoyed me.

"Alright before you all start working on your essays, we got a new kid." She pointed to the door and in walked a boy, he was tall, around 5'8 and had brownish blackish short hair. He had glasses that he fixed the same way as I did. He smiled to the class. "Introduce yourself Oliver. Oh.. oops. Well um I just did, but you do it anyways!" a couple of us giggled, Mrs. Shoemaker was always the joking type of teacher.

"Hi, well like she said I'm Oliver. I uh came from.... West County, and yeah." He shrugged. Mrs. Shoemaker put her hand on his back and pointed to the chair across from me and next to the dumbass, oh I mean Thomas. He came over  and sat down. Thomas turned towards him with a wide ass smirk dragged across his face. Mya and I rolled our eyes, knowing he was going to do something stupid.

"Welcome to hell Oliver. The last new student lasted a month, good luck." He smiled and faced forward.

"Don't listen to him. The last girl only lasted a month because she was a hoe." I laughed, and introduced myself. "I'm Abby by the way."

"I'm Mya and this is Brooke!" Mya introduced herself, her and Brooke smiling. "Oh and this is Nejra." She pointed to a girl who's head was down, and she was in a deep slumber.

"Nice to meet you guys." He had a nice smile.
