i was worried about you for a long time bc of the selfharm and today when i saw that you were trying to stop self harming i smiled bc i have been wanting you to treat yourself better for a long time! i am also really proud of you for doing that. you say that you are selfish but you arent. your just fighting your own battles too and that is ok. you need to start putting yourself before others bc i hate seeing you hate yourself. ily alot. pls smile bubs
