“Some pancakes and syrup, please?” Killua asked.
The lady nodded and wrote it down, turning to you, “The same.” You said as she nodded and walked off.
“I didn’t know you liked sweet things,” You turned your head to Killua.
He nodded, “I have a bad sweet tooth,” He admitted.
“Haha, really?”
“Yeah...one time I bought out a whole shop of their chocolates, ate them all and still wanted more.”
You laughed at him, “Wow. And you’re still so skinny...How do you do it?!” You wondered, looking him up and down.
Killua rubbed the back of his head nervously. “Training, I guess...” He mumbled.
You chuckled lightly as the lady came back with what you had both ordered. She gave you your pancakes and then spoke in a happy tone, “Please pay once you’re done, at the counter, love birds.”
What she had said had left you both blushing red. She giggled and walked off to take someone else’s order. You could tell that this day was going to be eventful.
After some talking and getting to know each other, Killua got up and went to pay the bill. You watched him go, admiring his figure. You didn’t realise you were staring at him intently until he turned back around to come back – you blushed and looked away, coughing under the pressure that you now felt.
Killua just smirked and once he came back you got up and he took your hand, leading you out of the breakfast place.
“Where to now?” You asked.
“I suppose we could look around the town for a bit, but I heard that there was a fun-fair o-“
“I WANNA GO!” You said, eyes glimmering.
Killua looked at you in astonishment before laughing and petting your head, “Okay, okay, we’ll go!”
~*Time Skip*~
You and Killua had had a lot of fun looking around the town. There were a lot of randomly placed stalls that had interesting things. There were pieces of jewellery, armour, pots – everything. Once you had both decided that it was time to go to the fun-fair, you left the stalls and ran straight ahead.
Not once throughout the whole time you were in the town did you separate your hands. Even when running to the fun-fair did you let Killua slip from your grip. You weren’t letting go of him that easily.
The fun-fair was full of rides; roller-coasters, tea-cups – you name it. It seemed that almost everyone had decided to go to the fun-fair, it was so crowded. Despite this, Killua led you through the crowd, smiling a lot as you both got to a roller-coaster. It was huge.
“Are you ready for this?” He smirked at you.
“I’m ready for anything!” You huffed, getting in line with him.
It had taken about five minutes for you two to get on the roller-coaster. Once you were on and everything was secure, you gripped Killua’s arm tightly.
“Are you scared?” His voice had a teasing tone to it.
“Nope! I’m doing this in case you are.” You shot back, giggling slightly.
The roller-coaster jolt forward and soon set into action, going slowly up a hill. You laughed slightly when it reached the top; you couldn’t wait for the massive drop. Soon, what you were waiting for had come, and it fell down into its course.
Screams from the other passengers were heard, including you. But your scream was a joyful scream as you laughed and giggled, clinging to Killua’s arm. He was laughing too as the roller-coaster did its thing, moving around the course it was built for.
Getting on it was one thing, but getting off of it was another. You were fine, stepping off of it with ease. Killua stumbled about a bit and you took his hand, leading him off.
“Are you okay?” You said, rubbing his back.
“F-fine...” He mumbled, standing straight and smiling. “I think I want to get a drink...” You nodded in agreement and went with him as he went to a shop and bought some water. He had asked if you wanted something but you refused.
Once Killua was feeling better, you both went on a few more rides before travelling home. It was now evening, and everything seemed to be quiet and still. It was really relaxing. Hardly anyone was out on the streets; they were all in a cafe or at home, eating.
You had both reached the hotel in no time, but you weren’t done with him yet. “Killua, come here...” You said dragging him off to a dark corner of the hotel.
He followed, oblivious to what was going on. Once there, you turned to him and smiled, planting a small kiss on his lips with your eyes closed.
You could feel him kiss back. Soon you both parted and smiled at each other.
“I had fun today.”
“So did I.”
And with what was said, you both laughed and held hands, walking back up to the hotel room to meet with everyone else.
