"Wow I can see you weren't kidding about wearing those heels to school" I said while trying to hold in my laughter . " I cant believe you said that , am shocked , you out of everyone should know I wouldn't waste an opportunity like this to wear one of my favorite heels even if they are 4 inches high. Baby I was born with these sexy legs , might as well emphasize them. " she said while showing me her calves . Oh this girl was special .
" Hey Skay , nice to see you , its been so long" Nathan said as he was grabbing a chair from another table and sat in front of me
"Yeah it really has , I mean who wouldn't miss your charming eye twitching self " I said sarcastically while pushing away my plate of food,I didn't have intentions of eating today.
" haha .. Hilarious aren't you " he said with much sarcasm in his tone
"Aww , thank you , id knew you see it one day ". I said while rolling my eyes .
I had spotted my brother 3 tables down.
As always he was talking to some slutty "popular" girl , he wasn't a bad guy , he just got bored easily and apparently their hoeish ways entertained him. He had everything a girl could ask for , he had charm, was smart, had a toned body from so much football practice and the looks .
He had jet black hair which was long enough to just cover his forehead in its usual messy way, his eyes were a deep blue , he had nice facial structure and stood over 5'11 . I was glad we were related , if not id probably would like him in a way . I mean that would be horrible he's cocky and annoying like crazy , just not my type -or was that my type- . Oh no , do not bring those memories back Skai, u promised yourself you'd be strong and forget the past . You cant let it haunt nor harm you anymore.
" Yo!! Are you alright?" Rosie basically screamed out . "Huh"?
"You basically just zoomed out , were you in lala land again ?" I just rolled my eyes and turned around to talk to Aiden who was gulping down food as if this was his last meal. "Don't worry the food isn't going to sprout legs an run away" oh I loved my sarcasm haha.
" Omg !! That could actually happen , just the like the possibility of you ever getting a boyfriend "he said in a joking manner but came out unexpectedly harsh , wow did he just seriously say that.
Before he noticed what he had just said , I stood up and started heading for the door. " Wait , Skai look am sorry it slipped out , I didn't mean to say that" I knew he didn't mean to , he knew what I had been through because he was with me when it all happened . But I just needed some fresh air .
While I scurried away to the door I bumped into someone . Oh god no ... You have got to be kidding me .
" There you are , I've been looking everywhere for you!"
"What do you want now?" I was so annoyed at this moment , that I could seriously just break his nose and leave.
" I just wanted to see your boyfriend, you know Aiden ". While crossing his arms I could see a stupid smirk that every guy had just plastered on his face or in this case his pimples cause I didn't see much of a face on him.
" Look about my whole boyfriend th-
"Hey babe" no , he wouldn't . Why cant I just have friends who wont try and help me solve my problems .
" So you guys are going out huh ?" You could see the questioning look on Keith's face.
" Well yes , we have been together for a long time now , we just weren't official , but we are deeply in love." he said while placing an arm around my waist .
" Oh how cute ... Prove it." he said not believing anything Aiden had just told him.
" Oh ill prove it " as soon ad those words escaped Aidens lips I gave him a death glare while I mouthed 'don't you dare' to him. I wondered what was going through his mind at this very moment, whatever it was , I knew it wasn't good.
"Like this" and with that he pulled me close to him ,his arms resting on my hips .I tried to wiggle free from his death grip but he just wouldn't move . At that point I looked up at his eyes , trouble was written all over them as a small mischievous smirk spread on his lips and with that his lips came crashing down onto mines ,soft and gentle at first .As he slowly sucked on the bottom lip I gasped at the thought that he had actually kissed me and he used that as his entrance and slid his tongue into my mouth exploring every corner not wasting anytime . I couldn't help but over think how wrong this all is , I mean we're talking about a guy that's like my brother plus the odd taste in his mouth was disturbing but I had to make it seem realistic so I closed my eyes and followed his lead moving closer to him and wrapping my arms around his neck playing with the hair at the back of his neck .
At that he smirked and let out a small chuckle against my lips , he pulled me in closer and held me like his life depended on it he smoothly slid his hands down stopping at the small of my back .The other one playing with my hair and as if that wasn't enough for him he once again moved his hand from were it was placed at the small of my back down onto my butt grabbing it and scoping it up in the process . I had the urge to slap him so badly , but held it back.
I knew that it wasn't the best idea at the moment but he was definitely going to get it later .
With that he just simply stepped away , he looked me in the eyes and gave me a wink.
" Well , I guess you guys really are together then" he gave a loud sigh and walked away from the opposite direction he had come from.
"Haha , great job, he really believe it didn't he". Aiden said with a chuckle .
" i know right you were amazing " I said with much sarcasm . With that said , I grabbed his collar and pulled him close . " Listen here mr casanova , dont you ever in your life kiss me like that again , or your precisous manhood as u like to call it will seriously pay the price. Understood?"
" I was just trying to he-
" I said , Understood??" I said in an angry tone . " Yes , yes don't worry I will never again touch you like that. But first answer me this , did I kiss good?"
"Are you seriously asking me this". "Yes I am, I just want to know". "Sure yeah , your a great kisser with pizza breath". I said being mostly honest , but he's like my brother so I don't see him in that way.
"Dam girl , get that stuff!" Rosie said in between laughters. " Eww no ". "Im kidding , don't worry I wouldn't agree on you guys being together."
"Nice to know ." I said rolling my eyes. Me an her always had this thing that we needed to agree on who we would date , since we both had about the same taste it was never a problem .
"Skai.. I need to talk to you about something." She sounded a bit worried and nervous." Alright , what is it". "Can we go somewhere else to talk , how about outside ". This was starting to worry me , what could she possibly want to talk about. "Fine by me". With that said I followed her outside and sat on a bench close to the other lunch tables placed outside.
"Yesterday , while I was washing the dishes , the house phone rang and my mother picked it up. She seemed surprised and anxious at what the person on the other line was saying .When the conversation had finished she came up to me saying that she had good news for the family,including you". She said while looking down at her shoes not once making contact with my eyes. "Am sorry but he's back". She said with a shaky voice. "Wait ... He's back, how could they let him out , he's a criminal !"
"I know and am so sorry that I cant do anything about it , the thing is ...their letting him back in school".
I froze , I could not believe what was happening. After those two years of trying forget and pretend it never happened, my past was finally catching up with my present.
