Hostess

[Y/n's POV]

I woke up a bit earlier than normal, sitting in front of my mirror not knowing what to do with my looks.

"Get it over and done with," I whispered to myself.

I let my naturally wavy hair down and put on some light make-up. (Shown in the media. It is your choice of what you want yourself or character to look like. I chose that look cause I like it. Please don't hate me.)

Once I was finished I went downstairs into the kitchen to see my family sitting on the island eating breakfast.

"Good morning everyone," I said cheerfully.

"Excuse me," Dad said in a surprise tone. "(Y/n)?"

Andy choked on his food.

"Yes, Dad?"

"What's with the new look, it doesn't suit you look like a pig," said Andy.

Before I could say anything dad beat me to it.

"Don't be jealous that she'll be getting more boys than you getting with anyone."

"Pfft thanks, dad," I said giving him a hug from behind. "Why is everyone still home?"

"It's 6:30 sweetie we don't leave until 7, so why are you up so early," Dad asked.

"I wanted to try a new look I didn't I would be up this early."

"Andy will drive you to school today he has a day of off work," said dad.

I look at Andy for a response.

"Sure."

"Wow this is what your school looks like," he said staring at the school.

"Yea ok thanks see you at home."

"Wait, if anyone tries to hurt you tell me ok."

"Ok thank you," I smiled as I closed the door and watch him drive off.

I walked through the halls as everyone stared and whispered.

"E-Excuse me, are you new here," asked a boy.

"Yes, can I help you."

"U-um you look really pretty, that's all I wanted to say," he stuttered.

"Thank you," I gave him a smile and saw his cheeks tinted with pink. "Oh it would be nice if you and your friends would come to the host club and hang with me, would that be alright?"

"S-sure," he said and quickly ran away.

"Good morning," said a low voice, I turn to see Mori senpai.

"Good morning Mori senpai, are you going to the host club? Can I walk with you?" I asked.

He nodded in response.

"You look very cute," he said.

"Thank you," I whispered, covering my face from the blushing. "Where's Honey senpai?"

"He's taking a nap in the host club."

We continue to walk to the host club in silence.

"H-hello?"

Everyone stopped and stared. "(Y/n)?"

"Yes?"

"Not bad," said Hikaru.

"Let's need a little more foundation," said Kaoru.

"Don't you dare touch my precious daughter," yelled Tamaki, pushing the twins to the side. Before Tamaki came for a hug but I felt an arm pull me back.

"M-Mori senpai what's wrong," Tamaki stuttered.

"Takashi are you sick," asked Honey

"No," he said.

"Can you let me go please," I asked.

"Sorry."

"Well ok come back after lesson one and we'll begin," said Kyoya.

"Are you ready (Y/n)- chan," asked Honey.

"It's ok just relax," said Haruhi.

"3-2-1... Welcome Princess," they chanted.

After the welcoming everyone went to their area and so did I. I was surprised that the same guy this morning bought 2 of his friends.

"Welcome, I'm (Y/n), may I ask you guys to introduce yourselves," I said, trying to hide the nervousness in my tone, to be honest, I didn't know what to do.

They each introduced themselves individually which was kind of interesting.

"What about you?" asked Simon. (Sorry that they are not Japanese names please forgive me.)

"I live with my dad and older brother, my mom died in car accident," I whispered, I felt my eyes sting but didn't notice tears rolling down my cheeks.

"No no sorry, I asked-" "-um would you like some more cake or tea-" "-or more coffee."

I watch the three guys try to cheer me up which they did.

"Thank you," I gave them a smile, but they looked away. "What's wrong? Do I look weird?"

"No no it's nothing," whispered John.

In the corner of my eye, I see Tamaki peeking from the coach, I gave him a smile. He quickly turned around and the girls with him were confused.

Besides Tamaki, I felt a weird atmosphere coming from ... Mori. He had blank expression staring at me, I also shot him a smile, he looked away and focused on Honey-senpai.

"(Y/n) is it ok if we come back tomorrow," asked Michael.

"Of course."

They stood up at to greet me goodbye, instead of handshakes I gave them a hug leaving them with blushing faces.

"That was great (Y/n) - chan," Honey cheered.

"That was better than we expected," said the twins.

"Thank you-"

"Oh, my precious (Y/n) you were so cute when you smile," Tamaki squeals.
