Everyone doesn't believe me when I say that war is about to happen, they laugh at my face, yes I know I am six but still. The clues are obvious it's just that they don't want to pay attention to them nor believe it. I'm not sure why no one wants to believe in this war that's going to happen, I'm certain by my twenty- fifth birthday, it's going to happen. I'm sure of it. That's why I am getting my stuff ready right now so that way nothing can shock me in the near future. I am now going to find a secret spot to plant what I will need in the future, for not only myself, but for whoever wants to come with me. I at least hope a good portion decides to join in with me.
****** Ten years later********
It's been ten years since I gave my first warning to anyone about the war, it looks as though they forgot about me telling them of it. Not going to lie, I did as well. I knew I found my hiding spot years ago, I just forgot as to why I started putting things in it. I am now in high school, I finally made friends, I no longer feel like a freak in my hometown. I no longer feel lonely.
"Yo, Avery, did you ever finish your history paper? I have no idea as to what to write about." A girl with long black hair came up to me. She dresses like a goth, just not with dress or skirts. Only with skinny jeans, she had the dark style makeup on, black nail polish, some baby bangs, just enough to see and enough for her to hide when she picks. She was fairly short, not too tan, not too pale, just not too tan to notice that she was Hispanic.
"Are you even listening to me? I need your help on my easy, it's hard and it doesn't make any sense to me at all. You're the history kid right?" She kept asking me.
"I'm sorry, but, who are you?" I asked confused, not really knowing who she is fully.
"Are you that dumb? It's me, Kristine? Most people call me Moon-Byul since she is my favorite member in a group I listen to a lot. We have been in the same grade and classes for like seven years? How did you already forget about me? We are in the same group in history and science, man. Are you that dumb?" She asked and stated. I vaguely remember her, if I'm being honest.
"Uh, sure? Here is what I have gotten so far." I say as I grab my history binder from my locker. Before I could grab anything from my binder, she grabs it from my hands.
"You are a weird kid aren't you? Is this how were growing up?" She asked without a care in the world.
"Don't you remember how he was growing up Moon-Byul?" A guy asked coming from behind me. He was taller than myself and had the same features as Moon-Byul. I don't know his name either, but he put his arm around me like we were buddies.
"I think the three of us know the answer to that. I transferred here last about eight years ago. The answer is still no, I wont date you Allen." Moon-Byul said with no hesitation when he came over without looking up from my binder to find the paper.
"Can't you at least think about it some more? Besides, what is so bad about dating me? Everyone here knows me, I have been nice to this nerd, even with his weird phase growing up. And let me tell you, it was pretty dumb." A laugh came out after that statement.
"Oh yes, because you're just that kind. Or is it because you're cousins and your mother told you to hang with him or you had to go to military school once you hit thirteen?" Moon-Byul said as soon as she found my paper and had a smirk on her face feeling pleased about herself.
"Hey now, there's no need for that now." Allen said so offended by her comment.
"I'm sorry what?" I finally spoke, Allen looked upset that I interrupted their talk. Both looked at me, Allen just mad, Moon-Byul, just kinda accepted my confused face.
