I anger
To pick the rose at its bud
To savor its beauty for a millennia
But to sacrifice its time
To have its life drained through my fingers
I scare
I fear for the possibility
The flower is cradled
Caressed by the invisible wave of life
It dances
It's excitement and contentment ever so apparent
It forever stays
I anger
